Signet Christian School (Private School)

My son was at Signet for 2 years and only left because we moved. It is a wonderful school with solid Christian values and a caring Principal and teachers. The small class size ensures your child receives extra attention and care. I highly recommend Signet.

I am the proud father of one of Grade Two, Signet Christian School's students. I work for one of the French School Boards of Ontario and my name was on the list of applicants to a job position in the Region of Niagara that offered me lots of benefits like the same salary before cheaper living expenses, proximity to my new job site and of course lots opportunities for me to grow. I was contacted by Human Resources in June to tell me that they had chosen me for the position. After having assessed the pros and cons, my wife and I found that one of the most powerful reasons for us to keep living here in Toronto despite the financial burden and day by day challenges of this city, was the fact that our daughter was attending Signet Christian School. We thought that moving away would become a negatively impactful decision for the right schooling pathway that our daughter has had at Signet, so I decided to contact Human Resources to tell them that I did not accept the offering. At first, we looked back to the decision with sorrow and thought that it was a good opportunity that we could have lost but at the end we understood that The Lord and His Glorious Mercy has never left us alone providing, guiding, and making things great for us even during the most difficult times. We know that He has always been faithful and our daughter's education at Signet will always be a priceless stepping stone for her success in life. Lord Jesus went to the cross to face death in exchange for our lives; as parents, we have to face many hardships to bring life and hope to our children's dreams. They are the continuation of our lives. We believe that at the end there will be a great harvest when we let The Lord to be the sower.

I had the chance to teach here briefly and it was one of the best teaching experiences of my life. The (high school) students worked together, encouraged each other, were creative and even taught me a thing or two.They've got a great principle right now, who's constantly looking to improve Signet and take it to the next level. Smaller class sizes meant I could do a lot more with the students, and helped ensure that none were left behind.

We are so blessed to be part of Signet Christian School. My son is in JK and he is having a blast. Thank you so much Ms.Dume for all that you do.

If you are looking for very small classes and caring teachers at an affordable price, this is the place to go. My daughter and son were transitioning from homeschooling and found a second home at Signet for the last three years. It was particularly helpful to have the support of the Signet family when my children lost their mother. I will always be grateful that they were well taken care of.

The entire staff, Ms Catherine Dume, Principal and all the teachers are the best. The love they show the students is amazing. The education is superb.

My son did JK and SK here and the experience was phenomenal! I'm so sorry we had to move and switch schools. The culture is very warm and the Teachers are very caring - they consistently go the extra mile. Students get individual attention and the school focuses on developing the whole person, not just the academic side. Definitely check them out if you desire small class sizes and peace of mind while you're at work.

After one year experience in grade one and tow teacher and the sportive team. This school is the best school!!!!at least u drop ur kids and go work with peace of mind no worries about ur kids it's not only a school it's like home they take care of ur kids properly and it's like a family I love this school .I would highly recommend this school to anyone looking for a wonderful experience and a great education.

Being an alumnus at Signet is an honour, as their mission, vision and values never quiver from the Word of God. All of the teachers and staff (many of whom are still there) are amazing and life changing, as they make sure each student reaches their full potential.God is truly present in Signet Christian School, and students will become life long brothers and sisters in Christ (as I still keep in contact with many of the friends I have made at Signet, fifteen years later).You won't regret sending your child(ren) here!
