They’re great when they decide they’ll actually answer the phone 9/10 times you’ll try to call for an hour with no answer

Took the Tesla from Trail to Castlegar airport with Dilpreet. Awesome dude, great chats and a fantastic service from door to door. Would highly recommend.

Worst service, I literally phoned in to be picked up by Cheveron then they just never showed up.Absolutely no excuse, I was even willing to wait twenty minutes, But low and behold 40 minutes later, they still were not there.So yeah, don't trust them if they say 20 minutes" it's best just to walk or phone for a different ride."

Isn't it strange that all the high reviews are from people with similar styles of names? Am I the only one who picked up on that. Based on how I was treated and the reviews it sounds like this cab company likes to pick on people without accents if you know what I mean. As someone who was passing thru I thought maybe it was a one off but no. After reading these comments I realize I'm not alone. My heart goes out to the people in this small town that don't drive an have to rely on such a disrespectful and pathetic service.

This cab company is as bad or worse than when operated by JF towing. 5 times now I haven’t been able to get ahold of this 24hr cab company. I have an expecting mother here waiting until whenever they decide to answer. It had been in my experiences that they do not answer between midnight and 6:00am. Doesn’t this go against transport Canada regulations?!? Trail has a bad enough reputation, don’t need a dirtbag cab owner making things even worse. On a completely separate incident one early morning I encountered a stranded citizen who was literally freezing because chevron doesn’t let people in at night. I had to give this woman a ride home myself because of this shoddy company.

Did not show up or pick up call when I pre ordered a cab the day before
