I do not recommend this shell to anyone. Paid over $18 for a car wash. Only 2/3 of the vehicle got cleaned asked to go through the car wash again attendant says we do not allow that here that I would have to pay for another car wash.

Terrible place to get gas. You have to pre pay before you can use the pump and sometimes it’s not working and you have to go inside first. Their pos system has been down as well. Awful place. The attendant is nice, that’s the only good thing about it.

Terrible place to get gas. They don’t even trust you to pump the gas pay inside which makes no sense for a convenience store. Brockville is a Trusted community. Every gas station in Brockville trust the person getting gas and they won’t make any exceptions so they want you to use your credit card and then come in the store and buy things.. it’s the slowest gas station in Brockville. Maybe they should start trusting their clients and they will be a lot busier. ESSO is 1 million times busier they have Tim Hortons convenient store car wash and of course gas. not once have they ever made me pay at the pump. This is not Toronto.

I always try to go to Shell as I prefer their gas. However, this station is always a pain. I have gone many times, and there is almost always something messed up. The pre pay isn’t working and they make you go in before pumping. Their lottery scanner isn’t working, no liquid in the squeegee containers, car wash broken. Etc. It seems to be impossible to get gas and leave in less than 20 minutes.The interior is clean though. Other than that, pretty bad experience almost every time.

We met the very nice guy who was working on this friday 30 of december at 7 am. He was so nice to us and the Shell station was very very clean. Thanks for this wonderful experience.
