Pioneer - Gas Station

This is the one or my fave gas station, always lower prices than every other places

Better gas price at this location.

The car wash at this located is VERY dated and dirty; old bristles that were once blue are now brown from buildup and decay. Equipment is very old and starting to malfunction. I’ve even heard of vehicles being removed from the conveyor and scratching vehicles and the owner refuses to do anything about it.Yes, you might save a few dollars going here instead of Esso, but don’t expect a clean vehicle. And if you’re lucky enough, you may even get some new scratches! ;)

This location now accepts the Journie rewards card.

I took my vehicle here regularly for car washes because the price was much cheaper than the nearby Esso and Petro. Big mistake. The car wash here is severely outdated, and just recently, my vehicle got dislodged from the conveyor and severely damaged my vehicle. When I approached the owner (Pam) she immediately and without doing any investigation jumped to the conclusion that I must have been steering and breaking the entire time. However, her own cctv footage and our in-cabin dash footage says others. It was a mechanical issue on their end. In attempts to be reasonable and in consideration of them being a small business, I asked Pam to cover only half of the damage. She refused and became aggressive. She then proceeded to state that she would much rather lose my business than be responsible for any damages.If you decide to bring your vehicle for a car wash here, just keep in mind that this is the treatment you will get if they damage your vehicle. Insurance was also not an option for them either, which leaves me to question whether their business even has any coverage.

Great gas prices, pretty convenient locations..more wide spread now than say 5-10 yrs ago...they also have a pretty good rewards program if you intend to be a repeat gas buyer.

Third rated gas it's cheap but it's bad for your car if you drive late model car don't go

Terrible experience using their car wash. The truck that I brought through the car wash came off the track and was damaged. I had the truck in neutral and didn't touch the steering wheel or step on the breaks. Then the owner said it was all my fault and refused to do anything about it even though i wasnt at fault. Think twice about bringing your vehicle through the car wash at this location.

As you will notice, in the owner's response to many of the negative reviews (more specifically, those aimed at negative experiences with the car wash), the owner (Pam) is quick to deflect her critics to contact Parkland's customer service" or the "territory manager" (Parkland is the umbrella organization to Pioneer Gas). The truth is

Car wash is cheaper and high rated. Ultimate wash is $9.01 with 25 litres of gas which is very cheaper and worthy, as nearest car-washes charges are barely high for the same wash. The guys working their, personally clean the backside of the car with hand brush , much care is given to the car. Much-better car wash than others as compare to price and service.Vacuum is only $1 for 5 minutes,quite low price as other stations charge $3 for same time interval.Gas Price is always cheaper to the other gas stations in the neighbourhood. Excellent customer service.
