we get cryptohack and our company contacted them to find a solution they explained them in advance we have in house IT department and we knows its crypto hack, They asked us to pay 4 hours of there services in advance as this is weekend and not regular hours or you wait till Monday morning then we charge you hourly basis. My office contacted them on Monday morning explained the situation they says oh as you do not have account with us you have to pay 4 hours in advance does not matter its weekend or regular hours. Anyway they paid 4 hours in advance to them and explain them we have crypto hack they clearly told them do not spend anytime on diagnosis. after four hours they came back and said you have crypto hack and we cannot do anything or retrieve your data you pay us another 4 hours in advance we can talk with hacker on your behalf. Waste of time money with them
