My fiancé and I had an unforgettable mountain biking experience with Horseshoe Valley Outfitters, from beginning to end.When booking, we called the owner Josh and explained that although we bike a ton in Toronto, this would be our first time mountain biking. We wanted to try a beginner to intermediate route, so Josh planned something custom and set us up with Ben as our guide.Ben was a fantastic guide who most importantly made us feel safe, but also made sure to ride at our pace and take plenty of breaks for photos and water. Josh made sure that all bikes were equipped with water bottles, so guests don’t need to bring their own :)Using an electric mountain bike made all the difference, and helped us feel comfortable getting into a sport we otherwise probably wouldn’t have tried.To top it off, we had just gotten engaged the day before - Josh’s wife ran out to the store while we were biking and when we came back, we were greeted with an engagement card and flowers! A very personal touch ❤️It’s clear that Josh and his team truly care about providing the best experience for their customers, regardless of activity. We’ll be coming back whenever we can :)

What an awesome experience!Everything went so smoothly from beginning to end. From getting the bike, to riding the trails, to returning the bike.These bikes are top of the line and you can tell. Everything works as it should and they run very smooth.If you’re looking to get out and experience mountain biking but are hesitant, don’t be. You will have such a fun time. Anybody with any fitness level can get on and have fun.You can make it as hard or as easy as you’d like with the different levels of assist from the motor.Highly recommend booking with horseshoe valley outfitters.
