Adam, Shawn and Frankie were fantastic getting us set up. Brent who sold us the tub listened and made sure we got the right tub for us.There were a couple of miscommunications from the folks setting up the delivery. The time and if we needed an electrician on site. Fortunately I was off on the delivery day and my electrician was able to make it work.Thank you Arctic Spas!

Our salt water tub is installed and the water is heating as this is being typed. Our Arctic Spa installation team, Adam and Shawn were great! They were personable and professional every step of the way, and made the entire process a pleasure. Thanks guys!

Adam from the Kamloops ArcticSpa store is the best! He fixed my Arctic Fox today. And he taught me how to lookafter it properly. The online support team was also top notch (Jason and Morgan).FYI. I’ve had my Arctic Fox for four years now. The salt water system is the best.HOWEVER…the tub was never installed properly by the previous Kamloops team and I had struggled with if for the first 2-3 years. It eventually, and painfully, came to a point where it was a waste of time to phone or go there for help.Now it’s totally the opposite. It Was a 0-star… Now it’s a 5 Star Plus establishment!.Thanks again to Adam for fixing my tub today. And thanks to Jason and Morgan for their help online. All your great service is very much appreciated!!!

Adam, Shawn and Frankie were extremely professional and polite. Very knowledgeable and explained everything on how to keep up on the chemicals and tub maintenance. I highly recommend them and it was a pleasure meeting them. They set up my hot tub lightning fast and made sure it was perfectly level.
