WINMAR Property Restoration Specialists – Windsor

Would have loved a great experience but this wasn't the case. After having some water damage two weeks ago, I called spoke to someone, explained the situation and requested someone to come out. Never have had water damage before and nervous about the process. I was told I would be contacted.Didn't hear back so I called again last week, spoke to another person and explained the situation. They offered for me to leave a voicemail to follow up. So that's what I did. What other option did I have?Still, no response back. I called again today to find out why I haven't heard anything for two weeks, and the explanation I received was there was no record of my information or request. Awesome. So can I get someone out please for a consult? Sorry

Zoran is the best guy you can have leading your restoration project, and reconstruction of your life, after a disaster... The guy is a champion, and he brings that to the the rest of the team. Although my work with Zoran just started, I have to take the time to write a review since I have been blown away by the care and service provided thus far. During the ice storm of Feb 2023, I was one of the unlucky people who had power outage for 3 days and now requires a basement restoration. Zoran came to inspect within 20 minutes of my call with insurance. Since then he has put me at ease, has brought in reliable and trustworthy staff and has kept us informed. Winmar was awesome! Zoran attended my home and immediately began the claim process. I was kept informed at every stage. What most impressed me was the constant contact I received to check on our satisfaction with the repairs being conducted. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Can't say enough about this company!!!Zoran has been a God send. He did everything right...he answered his phone EVERY time I called..which sometimes was multiple times a day...lol. He not only took care of my house like it was his own, he also listened when I was stressed. He went above and beyond. Again this company has restored my faith in dealing with insurance claims. Everyone did such a great job from emptying all the contents out of our house after the fire to cleaning them to putting my house back together. If you ever need anything done right call when Mark and ask for Zoran!

Winmar just completed our basement restoration and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! The Project Manager Zoran was amazing to work with, he was always on top of everything, keeping us informed about every process and made sure we were completely satisfied with every detail. He and his staff were great to work with their professionalism and work ethic did not go unnoticed. The staff cared for our home like it was their own, and were always cleaning up at the end of each day, never a mess to be dealt with. I have dealt with a different restoration company before and the service was nowhere near what Winmar and Zoran provided to us. I am very pleased and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!
