JACK & JONES

For guys clothing this is probably one of my new favorites. It wasn't overly expensive, the clothes are nice, made of good quality, and of course fashionable. I loved it, and so did my son. I bought him some new pants a couple jackets and shirts, oh and they even sell all kinds of cool underwear. I will definitely be going back soon for my other son. And there is even a sale on right now, I think everything other then the new arrivals is 40% off or higher and jeans are buy one get 50% the second pair.

Shopped a shirt there yesterday. These two ladies on the evening shift are just the best.They suggested me the best shirt, which I wanted it. Thanks for having them there. Cant wait to come back again.

Beware of the terrible return policy of this store. I purchased a winter coat online from jack and jones because they don’t stock it in their retail store. The coat fits very small. However the coat was not accepted for return because a tag attached with a string was missing. I have a verified receipt of purchase, the coat was never worn but now as useless to me as the apology I received from the representative I corresponded with at jack and jones. No store credit offered, no exchange, nothing. Unacceptable considering online shopping is necessary as retailers refuse to adequately stock their retail outlets forcing customers to shop online. Very poor service. Jack and jones will never receive another penny from me. Time for push back against retailers that care less and less about the customer! There are better retailers out there than this company.

Management and staff are excellent here. Good recommendations and great customer service every time.

Great stuff, got some awesome deals. Also the sales staff were awesome. Very helpful and proactive.
