A couple of years ago, we bought a older townhouse in the north end of Halifax, while still living in Cape Breton. The inspection and all findings were sent to me via email, and then Shawn went over everything with me in a 'phone call. Everything was so thorough, so detailed (with photos) that I still refer back to this report today before prioritizing any updates or replacements we decide to do. Everything was done professionally, in a timely manner. I felt (as a purchaser) fully informed on the pros and cons of the townhouse and on what to expect - great peace of mind!

We contacted ADHOC before purchasing our new home in Indigo Shores (just north of Bedford in Halifax Regional Municipality).
