Best Western Premier Aberdeen Kamloops

We stayed 2 nights and really liked the suite we had which included a large Jacuzzi tub in our room. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and a nearby bakery. Breakfast is not included but they gave us a voucher for a $9 full breakfast in the restaurant which was very good and included fresh fruit which was a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

Not bad!Extremely clean room. No mold or dust in sight. Beautifully furnished, fully stocked with basic amenities, big TV, large window (our view wasn't great but that's okay!), large fridge, they gave us a coupon for $9 basic breakfast, nice gym, fantastic swimming area, and great customer service!Only complaint is that there might not be enough parking at the front due to the resturant, the walls are paper thin. We can hear every step from upstairs and everything from the bar, outside, and down the hallway. The pillows were extremely too high for comfort. Both my husband and I are both a little tired due to those issues but overall it was a great stay!

Rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Wifi was fast. Staff was friendly and efficient. Insufficient parking and spaces were small in order to squeeze more cars into the limited area. I would park a nice car on the street behind as you can barely open your doors if you have midsized vehicles parked adjacent to each other.

Stayed for business meetings and was very pleasantly surprised. We were nervous about the mixed reviews online, but found the rooms clean, spacious and updated. The hotel was quiet. The staff and service was great, and the food was very good. Would stay again.

this is the worst best western I have ever stayed at in my whole entire life, and i have stayed at countless best westerns across all of Canada. I had the displeasure of staying in room 202, if you look on google there’s actually a review on this room from October of 2022, with all the exact same problems that I had endured 4 month later.the staff and managing team have no interest in fixing the room and still decide to rent it out.its a jacuzzi suite with a non working jacuzzi, with a fireplace that also does not work.the door to the room will not close from the outside unless you re-enter the key to open it and quickly shut it.when we called front desk staff up the help us, the guy accompanying the front desk lady started laughing when he noticed the room number.when complaining to front desk they said the room was cursed..............when checking out on Sunday, the guy at the front said to call the manager later that day, and when we called at noon when he said to a lady answered saying he's never in on Sundays.When we called on Monday again to speak to the manager, no answer at all. and will not return voicemails.they only offered a 25.00 dollar discount, but it was just a king room, if I wanted a king room I would have booked it for 139, not a jacuzzi suite where nothing works and they still make you pay 215 ????Worst experience ever, will never stay at a best western ever again.Corporate should be notified about this place, its an awful place.

I must give this place a huge shout out ! First off Rahul was super helpful and held the last room they had while i made my way over to the hotel. The room was clean - nice and the beds are so comfortable. We checked out and then got a phone call a little later- Rahul told me i left all my dresses in the closet ! How sweet- i was able to collect up my dresses before leaving town. I think they went above & beyond and it’s appreciated.

Room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed using the water slide and pool. We only stayed one night so I am unable to comment on many details.

The 3 star rating is for the parking. The parking lot is terrible. Way too small for the size of the hotel. And then gets filled with restaurant customers so no parking for guests of hotel. Also no breakfast included, which is a big negative. Positives: rooms are sound proof, shower, nice powerful head. We didn't have kids with us but the waterslides and pool was popular.

Easy location to find just off the highway, clean rooms, and super comfy beds. The pool and gym are clean, and there's a great restaurant with a fantastic selection of food attached to the hotel as well.

Stayed 1 night as a stopover on The Rocky-mountaineer. We had a lovely big room with all the facilities we needed.The staff were helpful and friendly. The down side is that it is a good 20 drive from the train station at Kamloops.On the plus side the views from it's elevated position were great.
