The Original Kid Rock rest in peace!!!Little Rock Claire was at the store making a card for Keith and staff were amazing!!!The Brooklin store has the best staff and selection anywhere!!

*this is about more then just the shopping bag, I will respect all stores rules ofc, but I just straight up didn’t know- so I meant no harm*. An employee was unessarily rude to me TODAY at this location. I was shopping with my own reusable bag, as I have done for years at this Dollarrama. Today an employee approached me and said that was not allowed. I was COMPLETELY understanding and took everything out to hold in my hands instead. But she continued to be rude, and continued to repeat that there is a sign saying it’s not allowed. She must have said it to me four times, like I’m dumb and didn’t hear her the first time. The conversation should have been over when I removed my items from my shopping bag, but she kept repeating herself. It was disrespectful to me and unnecessary. I even said to her that not everyone can read! Assuming everyone can is just not realistic. so repeating that there was a sign made no significance to me. Anyways, I looked for the sign in the way out and it was not even visible to someone entering the store. Crazy how miserable some people can be, and they want to make you miserable with them!

Well stocked Dollarama. Very typical to similar type to other dollarama stores. Check out moved very quickly. Staff friendly and efficient.

Worst customet service. should give negative. ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS.The person at the counter billed more than the price mentioned on the item. when asked about why there is a price difference, she responded very rude. it was a mistake by the person at counter.requested to talk to manager. but the manager is not available.she said manager will come.after few minutes she says due to traffic lights are out, manager will not come.racist and rude behaviour of the store people.

The manager has to change in this location. She is very rude and unprofessional. I hope these reviews matter to your company in the sense that you’re in a small town where we care truly to support business in our community. What I had to experience in the store was completely unprofessional. This location will continue to lose more customers if this continues. I would rather drive down to Simcoe and Winchester to have better customer service. FYI get educated

Be careful their exit door has a finger remover at the crash bar. If you get your finger caught in it and push on the door you will loose a finger.

I have to say I love this dollarama location as they have way more selection than the regular stores. I will definitely be back!

I bought kambucha drink thinking it was $1.25 walked out read bill hadn't even left the sidewalk turned around because I was charged $2.00 just to be told no refund. So I would not of bought at that price. Ridiculous that they wouldn't even help me with my dilemma at all not even any solution given.

Horrible bad attitude and customer service..... no need for me to go back
