Kung Fu Tea on Highway 7 (Richmond Hill)
The CUSTOMER service was impeccable and the drinks even better! I had the Kung Fruit Tea and it was so different, so good, 10/10 recommended. the drinks are pretty original with a large selection of different flavours. I came with my family and tried 6 and none of them tastes alike but all were amazing. They had fresh fruit in a bunch of the drinks and the BEST PART they have honey instead of sugar so it’s healthier.Love it, would come so often if I didn’t live far.

We ordered two drinks and both were so good. The best thing is that we can substitute honey for sugar and it tastes the same as it does with sugar!

Kung Fu Tea on Highway 7 in Richmond Hill is an outstanding spot for bubble tea lovers. The variety of drinks on offer is impressive and there is something for everyone, from classic milk teas to more adventurous fruity blends. The staff are always welcoming and willing to offer recommendations, which helps to make the experience even more enjoyable. The drinks themselves are consistently high-quality, with fresh ingredients and just the right balance of sweetness. The interior of the shop is also well-designed and comfortable, making it a great place to hang out with friends or get some work done. Overall, Kung Fu Tea on Highway 7 is a top-notch bubble tea spot that deserves its 5-star rating.

Mango slush was alright, didn’t feel like a typical slush because it was very juicy. Lychee ice tea was 10/10 according to my friend. Tapioca was really good, perfect chewiness. The place has a nice and chill vibe. We sat here for 2 hours and it was a good time.

A newly opened location at Commerce Gate. They're currently offering a soft opening discount. Take advantage of saving 20% off all drink orders only until Aug 23.We ordered a Pearl Milk tea. The sweetener they use is honey instead of sugar.Second drink we ordered was the matcha red bean slush. It was okay but I prefer Chatime's smoothie version instead. Finally, we ordered a Magic Cube milk tea. Unfortunately, they ran out of the yellow jelly. Instead of offering to replace the missing jelly they custom built the drink which consisted of Original Milk tea and adding additional toppings of coffee jelly and agar jelly. The coffee jelly really works well in this drink. We will probably be back to take advantage of the promo before it's over.

Their milk foam rose oolong looks like vomit and tastes even worse. The pearls have a bitter, drug-like flavour.

Ordered the pearl milk tea. Little to no tea flavour or just very watered down. Some of the tapioca is hard, not soft and chewy. Maybe this was a bad batch, but there are so many bubble tea places at Commerce, pick any one of those over Kung Fu Tea and you'll be better off.
