Briggs brothers has been servicing our well water system just north of Stouffville ON. for many years. Over the years they have responded to no water emergency problems several times within hours and have always repaired our system for a relatively low cost while always keeping the bigger picture in mind.About 8 years ago I approached them on the basis that our submersible pump was almost 25 years old and probably needed to be replaced. Briggs gave me several options (including do nothing) and I ended up choosing a new technology system which delivered constant high pressure. It is a Goulds based submersible pump system and it includes a very sophisticated pump controller, a very small pressure tank and a low draw (DC voltage I think) pump. Since it was installed 8 years ago, we have never had a single problem. It has never been serviced or really looked at until today by me. Also, it uses very little power. Recently when I was sizing a backup generator, I recorded the startup draw amps and running amps and it was amazingly low and below the sticker values.This was not the cheapest system on the block, but so far it has had a very good track record in terms of reliability and performance. The Gould pump system installed by Briggs is a great combination that is hard to beat!.

After 40 years, my mother recently put in an air conditioner and changed from oil to gas heating. My parents have called Briggs for all plumbing and heating issues over the years and has always been happy with them.Thanks to Gary and team who did a fabulous job on both installations. They were professional, clean and kept in touch with me through the whole process. Anytime I had a question Gary was sure to get back to me within a reasonable time.When the inspector came by to do the final inspection for the gas furnace he asked me to be sure to let the installer know what a nice job they did.I now know why my mom only wanted Briggs to do the new installations.

These guys really know what they're doing. Very respectful and clean. They show up prepared and are very efficient. Really wonderful crew.

Mr Briggs was here promptly, found the problem in seconds and fixed it. Pricing was very reasonable.

I wouldn't recommend this rude company to anyone. Very very poor customer service. Called for a quote and was treated extremely rudely. Piss poor a Plumber.

I called this company a week ago to install a battery backup sump pump. I was told they were Swamped at the moment" but someone would call me back later in the week. Never got a return call. Kinda got the feeling maybe it wasn't a big enough job for them. They wouldn't get my business now anyway simply because they never bothered to call back. Larry Pegasus Plumbing out of Gormley....same thing. Bad business
