Was multiple visits, so mostly satisfied, is my preferred dealer for service, even though is a bit of a drive, most honest answers and advice even if not liking the answers at times. Still like my local mechanic best but warranty needs me go to Dealer. Thank-you to the crew at Winegard Ford. !!!

Windgard was outstanding they took time out of there overly busy day to deal with my truck that I have been having trouble with since the day i bought it. they took my truck for a road test and did not find a thing wrong with it but then I asked if they had time if I drove it and they came with me to test drive it, while he came with me then he seen that there was a transmission problem and it took time to get an appointment because of how overly booked they were. They booked my appointment at there earliest convenience, I was informed by someone to have my tires looked at and they did that as well and notice that I need new tires. They knew the problem that I have been having with my truck but would not call Ford Canada to advocate for me to get new tire put on my truck under warrantyI can't thank them enough for listening to me and getting my transmission fixed because two other ford dealership would not even look into it for me thank you winegard for an outstanding Job on my transmission and thank you for listening to me and not sending me away as a displeased costumerSide note they did not sell me this Lemon but was more then happy to fix it under warranty

I have never been disappointed with Winegard Motors. They are a class act. From purchasing a vehicle to servicing it. I had a routine oil change the other day and Ben was kind and considerate and I was in and out on record time. Thank you Winegard’s for the Fantastic service. I highly recommend.

This is a true family owned business. I have dealt with Winegard’s for years watched a few of them grow up and into the business along with the older Winegard family members. We have recently traded in our 2019 Ford titanium Edge and purchased a brand new 23 Ford ST-Line Explorer and the experience could not have been better, this was an easy seamless process there was no haggling and a very trustworthy experience. They all have a “sure we can do that” attitude. I’ve never felt like I was dealing with a sales person or a service person. They all just seem like friends. They hire local employees who I see every time I visit that is comforting. Their service department is trustworthy well trained and customer driven always smiling and you will as well when you get your vehicle back cleaned every time you drive away. Great dealership. Don’t watch YouTube on how to buy a new car, go to Winegard’s see what it’s like to enjoy the experience. I’ve owned over 20 vehicles in my life ( not all Ford) this Explorer is absolutely stunning to drive great mileage just enough tech great mileage 9.6/100 so far with the 2.3 litre, interior comfort and ride stability is flawless. Adaptive cruise is new to me and I love it, the way the dash is set up for ease of visibility, so many great features I could go on. Thanks everyone at Winegard’s I hope to buy plenty more from you in the years ahead.

Recently took my Ecosport in for an exhaust leak and while they were working on it they found something else and fixed it preemptively as it was under warranty. They were quick to get me in and let me know what was up and beyond friendly. I'll be taking my vehicle there moving forward.

Winegard Ford is honestly the best. Their service staff are helpful and friendly. The work is always done quickly. I drive from Simcoe to get my car serviced by Winegard Ford.

The whole experience has been amazing from start to finish. We were in the market for a truck, able to tow our trailer. By then, we were close to getting one from a friend as it’s tough to find decent deals that are reliable. After speaking with Barrie who I’m pretty sure was on vacation at the time BTW. From vacation, he mentioned that he had a vehicle coming in soon, so we decided to wait to view a used 2018 F150 XLTMy wife and I walked in and knew immediately, this was the truck for our family. The truck was immaculate and had been bought and serviced at Winegard Ford, therefore they knew the history of said truck.. Barrie was there in person for the viewing and test drive, he took the time to explain all features and took care of all preparations for the sale.The team made sure we had all new brakes and tires plus they repaired a minor dent on the bumper. Barrie and his team also took care of the new plates and dealt with all the paperwork involved, making our lives much easier.Wait there’s more : This review is also for our past experience which went pretty much the same way as the above literally. We bought our SUV from Winegard Ford five years ago, also used. Barrie was on hand to help us with the purchase, back then the service was flawless and we drove off as happy customers. Our family car is amazing.The team over there are all friendly as there’s a feeling of family and good vibes at the establishment. I can recognize great customer service as I deal with clients everyday within the home building industry.
