Good stepping stone into industry. Wages are low. Raises, bonuses and perks are almost non-existent.$15/hr for laborers$18/hr for operators$37/day for meals on the roadTravel time does not count towards overtime, if paid at all. Overtime starts at 10 hours of track time. Watch your hours! Payroll is constantly making mistakes.Bottled water is supplied in the summer and once in a while you will get a pair of gloves.Vehicle maintenance philosophy is run it until it breaks".
