Was not happy with the recommended hotel in Mexico. Got no response when home , from agent. No follow up. Would not go with this company again.

Was looking to book a 10 day vacation with my partner after looking at reviews online. Once we got there we saw it was by appointment only which wasn't stated on their website. They greeted us and said to come back in 30 minutes. We came back 30 mins later and waited for 1.5 hours as they took someone else while we were waiting and didn't apologize or let us know it would be any longer. Will be looking to go with another travel agency.

Highly recommend Marlin Travel.I had Barb recently make arrangements for Holiday to N.Z. Within days flights had to be rearranged,rebooked on short notice because of urgent family matter. When I informed Barb of changes that were required she was very accommodating and had new arrangements in place promptly.Thus it was a great relief for myself that plans came together in such a short time period.It meant a lot to me be there sooner than later!Greatly Appreciated!

I am a complete newbie for travelling and Jocelynn B. held my hand every step of the way, answered all my questions and made sure that I had the best trip booked for what I wanted. I simply cannot say enough about her. Except if you are a new traveler or a seasoned one, by all means use Marlin Travel I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

Worst experience ever with a Travel Agent. Travelling as companion with my 87 year old uncle with dementia and we stressed that the trip was to be kept simple and straightforward. Tami had some trouble booking and when she found one said “this is it!” Trusting her we went ahead and paid immediately without seeing the itinerary ourselves. Then, once home I noted that she had added two London airports as part of our return which meant public transport between. A chaotic nightmare. Newcastle to Heathrow and then over an hour on a local bus to Gatwick and then on another flight to Vancouver. I attempted to change with British Airways. They were unable to touch the booking made by Marlin as it was locked as they used third party. A shame as there actually was a Heathrow to Vancouver flight for the same day with them. British Airways couldn’t understand why Marlin would do this. Tami said she was unable to change the booking, quipping that she had missed it but that “thousands do it”. That wasn’t the point. My uncle is old and fairly frail. Tami repeatedly reminded me (backed up by another agent) that she had spent far too much time on the file”. Very unprofessional.

Friendly service. Tried to help with travel back and forth from Nanaimo to Frankfurt Germany.
