Highly unprofessional agency. I was very unfortunate that i have to deal with them. They say no cancellation policy, that is clear, but when the dates are available for the RV why there is no modification of dates allowed. Nothing is written in their policy that no modification is allowed. if asked they are charging extra to change the dates which basically means, they can change the dates , they have availability but will not do anything unless money is thrown on their face. They extort money from customers. Looking at their RV, please check all the buttons and make sure everything is working coz once its out they will blame you for every single thing wrong in the RV which you never even used. They will charge you for one or the other thing in the RV in the name of security. Bottomline they are highly unprofessional and will take as much money as they want in the name of strict policy which you wont see on their site. Consumer court should fine them for spreading false information.

Everything was spectacular. All the CanaDream staff is amazing (the receptionists, Lincoln, and all the others). The RV was perfect, super clean, well-organized, and easy to operate. It was an amazing experience.

They send you on the road with vehicles apparently unsuitable for Canadian weather conditions, and if something breaks due to the wearher they charge you a complete fortune (over ten times the estimated repair cost) - not recommended. During our 11 earlier rented RV trips (most with Cruise America) we sometimes encountered technical problems - we always received an apology for the inconvenience and never had to pay anything. Instead, CanaDream's response consisted of a $ 750 invoice on top of the $ 1000 deposit we had already paid. In addition, unlike other rental companies, CanaDream does not keep the deposit as a reservation against the credit card, but cashes the funds immediately, creating false liquidity in an unethical and possibly even illegal manner.

Merci! Merveilleuse expérience! The DVC we rent was perfect for our road trip in the Rockies for a couple. It was our 1st experience. We enjoyed it very much! Very clean, nice looking and everything we needed. With the eco mode, an average of only 12.8 l/100 km, 435$ for 2 135 km in 14 days. In all, it's about 325$/day (DVC with all extras, gas, camping), less than many lodges , cabins and hotels in summer time, and a lot of economy for eating, no car renting, time saved on the road and liberty! Even if it's small, we manage to store all our things and bags (no hard suitcase) to be able to enjoy the space inside with the bed always open. With the fridge and freezer, we cooked all our meals when we wanted with the stove, in front of a beautiful view. Comfortable nights with propane or electric heater when it was too cold. We put a wool blanket under the sheets, so as not to sweat because of the leatherette of the couch that becomes the bed. The linen kit that we rent is perfect and comfortable for two, except that they offer just one pillow (soft and comfortable)! What is very strange! So don't rent 2 kit, only one, and bring a pillow. We were ok as my partner never leave without his pillow. But Canadream should offer two pillows with his linen kit for the futur, it is our only complaint. The kitchen kit is very good. We took almost all our showers in the campings to have more space and make last more longer the grey water tank, but we tried it once, and even if the space is very tight, it made the job to make us feel clean and warm. Dump of black and grey water every three or four days (free even if you have only electricity at your site), electricity every two days minimum, propane enough for the 14 days. We had a battery failure at the beginning of our trip. The free assistance was very helpfull. They ask us to come back to Calgary to fix it, but it was very quick and Canadream reimbursted us for gas. We also had a little incident with a tree stump in a camping, but as we had paid an extra with Authentik Canada for zero deductible, the drop off has been stress free as Canadream took care off everything without any paper to fill and no charge. Excellent service.

Rented here for a 6 night trip from Calgary to Jasper and back. Was surprised with an upgrade to a bigger van while checking in.Pick-up and drop-off were fairly quick and easy. This is a great way to experience the rockies. We will definitely use Canadream again.

I am a resident of Alberta and spend a considerable amount of time in the national parks. One annoyance of your service is that you do not provide the tools to properly make or maintain a fire. This results in others being smoked out by fires that are not burning properly because your clients can’t cut kindling. Please include an axe with the rental and instructions on building a proper, clean burning fire. We want everyone to be able enjoy our incredible Canadian landscape but this includes respect for others, respect for wildlife and an understanding of the outdoor skills.

Our family of 3 rented a CanaDream Super Camper Van SVC motorhome for 3 weeks in August 2022 for our one-way trip from Toronto to Vancouver.Booking our RV trip was quick and painless. When we arrived to pick up our motorhome at CanaDream in Brampton, staff was friendly and we were on the road within 15-20 minutes. It was nice having a newer model vehicle for added peace of mind while driving. A few of my concerns leading up to the trip were 1) Driveability of such a large vehicle: turns out I had the hang of it before we got back to our home an hour later to load up. Not difficult at all. 2) Dealing with the grey and black water: this one was easier than I thought as well. While we had to dump more frequently than planned, it really was a very straight forward process.When we arrived in Vancouver to drop off our RV at their CanaDream Delta location, staff was very friendly and the drop off process was quick and painless once again. They also called us a cab to bring us to the airport for our flight back to Toronto.The only con in the entire experience was the expense of it. The RV rental is very expensive and the add-ons also carry a hefty price tag. Not to mention we did a one-way trip so that was an additional $1,000 fee. That said, the overall trip experience was everything we had hoped for and a cross-Canada road trip was very high on our bucket list.As with anything, the trip itself is what you make of it, however with the added ease of transaction and support of CanaDream staff, the overall experience was that much better. During our family debrief on the flight home, our daughter said it would be fun to own our own motorhome. While that’s a significant investment, my wife and I have been tossing around the idea thanks to our first RV road trip experience with CanaDream.

Lady at reception wasn't pleasant. Very standoffish.Every other person we interacted with was fantastic. Rental was new and very clean. Drop off was easy.
