We have had our unit for almost a decade now. It has been trouble free over that time but it finally needed some maintenance. Cody did a good job getting it up and running very quickly. He left his work area clean. We were very happy with our service.

Since installing our Geothermal in 2008 we have never had any issues, and with this being our first I was very impressed. They returned my call very fast and were out servicing our furnace the next day! Codie was very informative and explained what he was doing and what needed to be done!

Each of the staff members we dealt with were pleasant, professional, capable and committed to installing a high quality system. The timing of the project was delayed due to internal and external circumstances, but miEnergy personnel maintained open communication with us and tried their best to bring the project to a close in as timely a manner as possible.

It was a great experience working with miEnergy. I always wanted to had the house solar powered and due to Covid and Program change from SaskPower it was difficult, but miEnergy came to help and got it done. The whole process was smooth and we discussed all questions before the project started so I know what is happening on the roof ☺️. It has been three months now and I am enjoying the benefits. Monitoring app is great and till now I have saves 190 kg of CO2 Emissions which is equivalent to 6 trees planted.Thanks miEnergy for helping me out to be a part of Environment saving initiative.

After researching a number of companies we decided to go with MiEnergy and we couldn’t be happier with how everything worked out. We had a tremendously bad spell of weather but it didn’t stop the crew from MiEnergy from working through all that Mother Nature threw their way. Dave, Chris and the rest of the crew were really good to deal with and held a constant conversation until everything was completed. Highly recommended.

Every time we have a question or concern about our geothermal furnace, Codie is always able to answer our questions. He was out in our area and came to do some service work. He listened to our concerns and quickly fixed the issues we were having. We have been very happy with the prompt and knowledgeable service we receive every time from miEnergy.

Codie was very prompt, fit in his visit with my schedule, and when he did the inspection was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Ryan Hornung did a fantastic job on the install of my Solar Array. His skill set is top shelf. Louis Carter did a wonderful job of keeping me informed of the progress in in the midst of the COVID crisis. And Nathan Jones did a great job of helping me pick the right size system for my needs today and we’ll into the future.This is the 3rd green energy system that I have purchased for miEnergy and they have been a pleasure to work with each and every time. Cody and Brennan are awesome guys to work with when it comes to Geothermal. After expressing interest in installing solar power at my address, I was asked via email to answer a questionnaire and provide my annual energy consumption data from Sask Power. Within a day, I submitted all the requested information. However, despite sending several follow-up emails, I never received a response from the company It has been more than a month. This lack of communication was inexplicable and quite peculiar.
