When my car needed an alignment Leavens Mazda was the first place I called. Service advisor Jackson was able to get me booked in same day and provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received! Extremely professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the details of my service and answer my questions. I will definitely bring my car back to Jackson for future services!

The past couple of visits have introduced me to the joy that it is to have Jackson work on my car. His customer service skills are excellent, even exceeding my expectations in terms of timeliness and care for the customer and vehicle. I love going to leavens Mazda for service or shopping. The customer service there has always been spot on and a very friendly environment. The last couple times we’ve been there we have had the pleasure of dealing with Nate. Nate may be new to the game but he is an amazing sales man! He didn’t hesitate to get all of our questions and concerns answered, went over everything in detail with us; and had the patience of Mother Teresa! He never forced us into anything and when we were hesitant about certain cars on offer, he was happy to show us comparable vehicle and numbers to help us make a decision. Would highly recommend. I received excellent service all around, but Jordan Stanton in particular made the process of finding the right car enjoyable. No ‘salesmanship’, he just shared information about the various choices in a matter-of-fact and constructive manner. This dealership has a good stock of certified pre-owned vehicles at very competitive prices.

I came to leavens after having some really bad experiences at other dealers within the city and they were fantastic. All the people we dealt with were super honest about everything especially The person we Dealt with, Scott, and really made the whole situation as stress free as possible. Even the staff we weren't directly working with were super welcoming, not pushy at all and were all around just great. IN all honesty probably the only dealership I'll deal with for a while

Buying a new car in Canada is not easy, however Leavens mazda makes the process very simple. I had a very good experience here and every employee at this store was warm, considerate and genuine. My salesperson, Breadon Pedrosa, always responds quickly to my needs and he is very organized in what he does and makes the process of buying a car easy. The technicians and finance manager are also very welcoming and professional and are happy to answer any confusion the customer may have. This is a perfect team and I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Beware! They add fees to the final bill.When I was giving the deposit, they clearly said that there would be no extra fees. However, when the full invoice was provided, they added a Ride Green" fee of $700 + TAX and told me that this is mandatory and it is enforced by the owner of the dealership.The reasoning that they provide is that it is added for some extra tire warranty and that all the other dealers do add extra charges.Do not believe that lie. First time taking it in they checked for what was wrong, confirmed the issue and offered to fix that day or book in for another day. Didn't have time that day so booked me in fitting into my schedule and washed my car (my husband and I have property on gravel roads). When back for repair, lent me their loaner which I had to take my son to Woodstock and my car was ready for pickup when I returned. Saved me so much time and hassle trying to coordinate to get my daughter's car. And again washed my car after the fix. Very very impressed with staff in service and reception. So very helpful and friendly.
