The store is clearly laid out and the staff has been usually pretty on point with their suggestions for strains!I have to give a shout out to Eric (or Erik) who works there. He knows his strains and hasn't once given me a disappointing suggestion. He's not trying to push product, he's super informative and incredible interactive and easy to talk to!Everyone here is actually really awesome and respectable, but hats off specifically to Eric(k)? for service good enough to write a review over

You may want to rethink your hire of the lady who is working in there today sun may 28/23. Totally ridiculous behavior and customer service. Did not even say a word upon entry and then as soon as I mentioned the fact she needs to speak up so that customers can hear her she looses it and won't serve me. So sessions you loose my business because of this awful employee who looks like she may want to put down the pipe and work on her customer service skills.

Great place and friendly staff! Prices are good and price matching is an added bonus. The Inner Circle Club with its rewards is the best I have ever seen. I would HIGHly recommend coming here! The staff will treat you like family!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. I have been here several times before and have never had an issues. I Will not be back. Really should learn to speak to people. The girl and guy were very rude. Sorry you just lost a customer sessions.

Hello Oshawa! I am new to the city and was looking for a dispensary where I can frequent regularly that has great customer service, great selection, and amazing staff. And I found that place here! The staff always greets customers with a smile, provide amazing suggestions, and definitely know their stuff! The store is always clean and organized with the customer in mind. Great product selection and also an amazing selection of accessories as well! And AMAZING prices, quite comparable to other places in the area. LOVE Sessions and will always go here!
