I have been attempting to receive an uncomplicated auto quote from them for approx 3 weeks now, all communication through one specific employee. Every time I called the broker seemed unprepared, tells me they will call back at a given date, I hear nothing and I reach out again. The most recent promise being this past Monday with a finalized quote and it’s now the weekend with no communication. I’ll be going with another broker.
