Although contact and communication left me wondering, I took the chance and was very impressed. Price was unbeatable for someone wanting to get only posts installed, and they were able to get everything in and level very quickly

I contacted Amy Lyons at this company on Sept 30th, they came out within a few days to assess my fence and provide a quote to fix the damage after the hurricane. Since then I have emailed, called, and left numerous voicemails asking for the quote to fix my fence. It's now November 6th and I STILL have not heard back from them.... Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time.If you want a company who doesn't want to do jobs, wastes your time, and doesnt return your emails or phone calls, this company is for you.My response after your reply:- If you did not want the job you can at least call or email us (not just ignore us for 5 weeks and respond publically after a 1* Google review)- Still haven't received a quote as promised- we travel back and forth from NB to ON all the time, I didn't know someone had to be babysat to install a fence- we offered to supply any materials you required- absolutely nothing about warranty work was mentioned that day- why would you tell us how to complete the job? That's your specialty we don't know how to repair or install fences and posts which is why we called you. If I wanted to complete the job I would have done it.If you don't want to do a job, REPLY TO PEOPLE. Your lack of professionalism is disgusting.

I have used this company a few times and have nothing but great things to say about them. They were always polite, responsive, and great price for the quality of work. They did over 50 post for townhomes and my deck posts, and we have now used them again for more deck posts. Highly recommend using them!
