I came to H2 for the first time earlier this year to perm my hair and have been coming back ever since. The staff are always so kind and hardworking. I would recommend this place to any guys who have very straight and fine hair. I am always satisfied with how they style and treat my hair. When I am there, I am often so relaxed that I will close my eyes for a quick snooze. I am very glad to have found this salon and I have been and will be making regular appearances there.Thank you to the staff for the service (especially Miyoung)!

I trust NO ONE with my hair but this place. I’ve been coming to H2GOA longer than most relationships and I have never walked out of that place feeling good and looking better. The vibes are great, and everyone is so hardworking and welcoming! The best part is that Hannah knows Hair better than anyone! This is the place to go to get the hair style you want!

Absolutely love it here, this is going to be my new hair salon going forward! I booked with Hannah (I got the directors cut) she is incredible! Her attention to detail is amazing and she won’t do anything she thinks won’t be the best for you specifically. Amazing experience, it’s a must if you’re looking for an incredible haircut/style!

After reading good reviews online and seeing nice photos and videos on their Instagram, I decided to give this salon a try. I got a digital perm/ magic setting perm at H2Goa on Monday, May 1, 2023 with Miyoung.Walking in the salon" it already seemed chaotic as it is small and cramped with guests

Amazing Experience! Mi Young bleached my grown out roots & dyed my dark hair a wonderful copper red colour. She was very inviting. They nailed the colour and look I wanted, and the service was fantastic & accommodating.Hannah was detailed in communicating aftercare instructions and answering any questions I had (both after my appointment and during the booking process).I was really impressed by how strong my hair both looked and felt after the bleaching and dye job. I would definitely come back.

I absolutely loved my hair ! I was due for a long overdue haircut. I was in luck because they took me in the same day. They cut it and styled it and I absolutely loved it. Super friendly staff

Has been my second time here and Hannah and the team are very nice and servicing for every needs. If there is a problem with your hair don’t hesitate to tell them because they will solve the problem for you! The style of my hair was different than my first time but after I told them they told me to come back and get it redone. That was amazing and out of the way for them to do! Will keep going on with them for my hair as they care and remember all their clients. Miyoung was the person who did my perm. Very experienced! I recommend everyone to this place!

We went to this hair salon on April 7 and booked in with Kim through the website. We decided to go for a haircut and hair colouring (1 Colour) as it was meant to be a birthday gift for my partner. We had been searching around and decided on this salon based on its popularity, reviews, and referrals. Unfortunately, the service did not live up to the expectations and caused more of a headache.First, entering the salon was chaotic and super busy, with little space. My partner decided to wait outside until she was called. This is understandable since it is a small building, but it was inconvenient.Once called, my partner showed reference pictures for the haircut style and hair colour she wanted. The hairstylist began working on her hair with zero communication or a step-by-step process of what she would do. For a $100 haircut, she received a 15-minute service with only half an inch trimmed. What she received for a supposed 40-minute service was nothing close to what she wanted and instead only felt like a rushed job.Proceeding into the hair colour, the hairstylist completely ignored or did not know how to dye her hair correctly. She dyed her hair black instead of the brown she wanted. For a supposed professional service, we would at least expect that all her hair was coloured correctly, but there were still patches of her old hair colour left. Right before leaving the salon, one of the workers told us, the brown can be seen more in the sun

I waited a few days before writing this review because I wanted to see if I’d grow to like my hair but I still hate it.I booked an appointment to get my hair done with Mi Young and while I’m happy with how they straightened my hair, I was also told by someone else (who seemed to translate for Mi Young) to get a $100 treatment on top of the hair straightening (which was already $350), which he claimed was a “discount”. Looking back I maybe should have refused this and just left but the way he explained it made it seem like I needed it. I showed them a photo of what I wanted but the haircut they gave me didn’t match and I left disappointed despite such a steep price tag. It seemed uneven and when my friends saw my hair they even thought I cut it myself!I even left a tip despite feeling like I got ripped off because the people attending to me were nice, but I won’t be returning. Worst 500 dollars I spent.I’m only giving 2 stars because the staff (the ones who washed my hair, and helped apply the treatment) were really sweet and friendly.

I came with my son today to get his hair dyed and styled. We were serviced by Mi Young and she did an amazing job! It looks exactly like the pictures we showed her and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend going here. ☺
