Was seriously nervous going into the process. My mind was put at ease. Even when I sent email questions randomly when it popped into my mind. They are proffesional for sure, but they have a human factor and understanding as well. I am thourouly impressed with the whole process that put my mind at ease. Couldn't have done it with out them.

Update: They still won't explain why their numbers do not add up with a calculator. They will not fix their errors, and they refuse to provide calculations or explain discrepancies in their work. Apparently they do not feel that transparency is particularly important.Still dealing with substantial mistakes from 2013. They refuse to be accountable to their errors and miscalculations and they don't care that these errors have cost us thousands of dollars. Go elsewhere if you want to deal with people who will be accountable if there is a problem.

I’m so happy after meeting with Dustin. He has helped the continuous knot in my gut to be gone. I’m grateful that I will get some debt counseling. I never want to be in this place again in life.
