Chairman's Steakhouse
The steak is average it's not very good, nor can it be said to be bad. Caesar's is much much better. The lamb chops were delicious, tender and flavorful. The scallops are delicious, but the portion is too small, just three small scallops in a dish, relatively expensive. I believe most people come here for its environment, The environment is very beautiful, but the real thing is just so so. There are many steakhouse or classic restaurants in downtown, which do better than here. Won't come again, it is not bad, but it is not necessary.

Went there for my birthday dinner with family.This is the first time, and so excited to have steaks.The food is perfect, the portion is perfect and the drink is not super pricy.The server’s uniform is classic, the hostess has a uniform ( not super sexy! I like it. lol) dining area is very bright. (another stake house is so dark)Good for use special day, celebrate the day.We are lucky to have the chairman of S.E.

Chairman's Steakhouse
When we first got here, it was a little loud, but it was also the tale end of dinner service. Everyone who came to the table was extremely nice and helpful. They made a mistake on one of our entrees and the manager was quick to rectify it. The food was some of the best I've ever had, and the desserts didn't disappoint either. The meats were cooked to perfection, not to overcooked , very moist and tender. The desserts are definitely house made and were just as amazing as the food. I will definitely be returning here.

The view from the restaurant was so gorgeous! I went during the dinner time and it was so pretty to watch the lake as the sun was setting. Their service was great. The server took time to explain their menu. The food was good. Their tomato bread, chicken fried oyster rockefeller, and cheesecake were delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly and I loved the smoky flavour, but it could’ve been better. I was disappointed with broccolini because it was too sweet for my liking.

What an incredible experience. I actually have always been a huge fan of Vintage Chop House and just learned about this place the night before we booked for a special dinner. It was my parents 50th wedding anniversary and Chairman's definitely did not disappoint. The ambience of the venue is absolutely stunning. It is modern, spacious, with a lovely view of the lake. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and wonderfully knowledgeable. I generally do not go to steak restaurants because I feel I can cook a better steak than 90% of the restaurants out there. However, they definitely outdid themselves cooking a really wonderful ribeye to exactly how I wanted it with a perfect reverse sear. The sides were large enough to share and the overall presentation was top notch. Price wise was nothing to complain about at all. As I would say, it was definitely reasonable considering the quality of the food and the entire experience. Definitely excited to try the lounge side for lunch as I had a quick look at the menu and it is very well priced and if our dinner experience is similar, I'm sure there are lunch. Won't disappoint. Thanks again guys for making my parents special night even better!

Very nice atmosphere and classy. Went on a Wednesday for their $100 ribeye 3 course meal and it was a good amount of food. Our server was a bit clueless but otherwise everything else was good.

This place is awesome, we went here for our anniversary celebration, and the location is very romantic, nothing like seeing the sunset on the lake with a good steak. We got the 36oz bone in smoked ribeye with a lobster tail, and we were stuffed! It was so good! The price is very high, so we won't be returning any time soon, but its a great place for unique occasions! Definitely recommend it!

Thank you to all of you at Chairman’s for all the help preparing our venue and for the wonderful service and the gastronomic food and wine in our wedding.Our Commendation to Chairman’s Steakhouse:My husband and I were both pleased and happy with the outcome we never felt more romantic. We won’t forget the convenience while we eat dinner and the servers were so amazing and everything was just flawless. Our guests were so delighted to see the venue and comments the cleanliness of everything. To the kitchen staff and all the service staff who assisted we never saw anything and felt anything form other restaurants, what a very coordinated service. We are all speechless and still thinking all the food we ate was just mouth watering. We still dream about it! Kudos to all of you - Elisea, the management, and servers Danny and Dan were the top best, made me and my husband well taken cared of! We definitely recommend your restaurant above all in Calgary.You all deserve more than five stars ⭐️Love, Mr. & Mrs. B

Very fancy interior. Excellent services. The food serving is taking its time in nice pace. All the food we order are tasty! Good portion for main dish! Their steak is really good, well seasoning, well cook, I don’t like steak normally but this is tasty! Free birthday dessert. Highly recommend for special occasions!!
