Been with The One Skin Clinic for over a year now. I still remember my first treatment. It was Thermage. I came in with an empty stomach. When Elaine heard about it, she offered me her own breakfast because I cannot take pain pills with an empty stomach! That’s my first “wow” moment. Then, she checked my skin and modify my treatment based on my needs and not the price. That’s my second “wow”. During the treatment, Elaine kept talking to me and checking if I was comfortable. I finished my first treatment without feeling discomfort. That was my third “wow”. Guess what? I have stayed with the One Skin Clinic since then.I tried a few places before The One Skin Clinic but none of them made me feel good (ie. push to buy stuff, rude attitude, etc.). I don’t feel any of these when I am at The One! I’m always felt welcomed by the energetic staff, equipments are sparkling clean, and the technicians are knowledgeable. I truly felt relieved that I found the One where I can trust them to provide services I need!

Dr. Cindy and Elaine were my best people in the clinic. They make everything better and gives me best results when it comes to my skin and treatments. Overall, everyone in the clinic were friendly and accommodating.I consider discovering this gem as a happy accident when my go to staff in my previous clinic transfered somewhere in downtown(too far to follow her). I gave this place a try for convenience at first and the rest is history.What's best about this clinic were results and honesty. They won't rip you off and sell treatments you don't need. They were always candid telling what's enough or what's needed. But of course, decision are all yours.Location and parking is not a problem. They are located along Kingsway Burnaby right across Wholesale Club/Best Western Plus Inn. They have ample parking within the vicinity square.

Just got a facial done there for the first time and it was very relaxing! She was very gentle and took her time. I felt like I was at a spa. Definitely recommend this place!

Had my Botox with Dr Cindy Huang two month ago, she is very patient and explain all the in and out for me as I am the first time. I am very satisfied with the result I got, I got them treatment during the Christmas promotion, good price too. Definitely recommend.Staff are super nice and warm and welcoming.

I was waiting until I had a few appointments to write this review. Would absolutely recommend coming to this clinic for treatments! I had an initial consult with Terry and have been seeing Jamie for my Helios III laser treatments over the past few months. It feels like the clinic cares about their clients and takes the time to listen and explain their treatments (and answer questions). Jamie is friendly and helpful, and while my laser journey will take some time, I always feel at ease coming in. For laser, they have post-care which is a nice bonus. I always feel great leaving! I never felt like products were forced on me, but I did purchase a couple of highly recommended products from SkinCeuticals that have helped my skin.The clinic runs great promotions, which was what initially drew me to book an appointment, so would recommend checking with their staff on what your needs are. The studio is very clean and has a calming vibe!

I've been doing my skincare for over a decade, I have to say this clinic is the most professional one on my list. Besides, they have an excellent customer care team. They are kind and knowledgeable about skincare. It is worth investing your skin in this clinic. You would love it!!

The clinic has awosome customer service. I had a technical issue with my online order, it took some time to resolve it because it was complicated case) They took the time to help me and were very polite. Jeremy Laird was very helpful.
