That Italian looking counter parts manager treats the counter sale person extremely bad!!! People say that they are shocked to see this happening. Why Mircom lets this happening?

I recently moved to 4455 Bathurst st , north york , on and been having trouble with panel on door code terminal , I spoke to super but he has no clue , when try push code it puts in letters instead of numbers and can see shadows in panel like it’s defective , your techs come out but problems remain , I saw fire fighters couldn’t get in because of touch panel defective! Why can’t they see that , I’m an computer electronic tech and saw right away

Request for quote made over two months ago. After a few polite prompts in November I was promise a quote by the end of the week. Still no response. It is no wonder the electricians that I have already received quotes from do not want to deal with Mircom.

An amazing building security and automation company.

Mircom alarm has been going off for a YEAR in the front lobby of where I live. I’m not exaggerating. It’s extremely loud and disruptive.I’ve reached out to Mircom multiple times and so has my landlord and nothing has been done.Do not purchase anything from this company as their products are clearly faulty and they’ll do nothing to repair them.*Edit in reply to the response to my review*This is not the case, I reached out to Mircom through customer service and provided them with the property managers information, the property manager and my landlord have put in requests to Mircom which have gone unattended.This alarm will not stop beeping and it is up to the manufacturer to do something about it, Mircom is the brand on the intercom system and on the system that is beeping for over a year. Please do something about this as soon as possible. I manage a business and our security provider is Telus and I would highly recommend them as they are extremely prompt when needed which is what you need when dealing with a security system.

most useless touch system installed in a condo. very slow and touches working like a broken cheap phone.

Excellent choice if you’re looking for software that was developed in the 90s and crashes consistently.
