Great customer after service. I had ordered online a golf cart windshield that arrived with a small crack & broken rubber brackets. I sent an email with photos. I explained that it would cost me too much to return the damaged windshield & that I could live with the crack but could they send me some new brackets. They were very apologetic & I was surprised when they said they would replace everything. They sent me another brand new windshield & brackets which arrived intact. I will definitely order from these guys again

Loved the store. People their are really friendly. Not to far off HWY 400 on HWY 98.They have all parts and if they don’t they will order it for you. Fantastic web site as well. I wanted 4 tires for my golf cart and it wasn’t in when l went there. BUT it will be ready tomorrow for me. Thanks to the nice guy that works their. Recommend to all.

Very satisfied customer, exceptional service and quality I’m modifying my older Club Car and Cart Parts Superstore had exactly what I needed and price was better than other sites. Order was over $1700 and large parts tires,rims and lift kits etc. shipping was free and quick 5 days from order date everything was delivered to my door in Alberta. Highly recommend and will be back for more parts as I continue my build. Thank you.

Not impressed with customer service, Super slow shipping! Paid extra for priority processing and still took 4 days just to get any info on my order. 8 days later and still no parts for something they had in stock! Won’t shop here again

We chose to redo our 2013 Ez go TXT golf cart and after a lot of research and recommendations, we ordered nearly everything online from Cart Part.Their customer service was great, answering my many questions, taking the time to call me for updates and clarifications.Shipping was great and fast despite the back log!We ordered a A Arm lift kit, body kit, dash, roof, windshield, seat covers, fenders, stereo etc.Nothing but great things to say! My experience with the Cart Part Superstore was exceptional, friendly and prompt !I had made a mistake not putting my apartment number on my order and the team there immediately e-mailed me . I talked to the customer service dept. and they were very attentive , friendly and immediately forwarded my concern to the manager, Within minutes I had received an e-mail , new tracking number and my item was shipped within the hour !How the world would be a much better place if every business was operated this way !This is a business that prioritizes their customers based on their value to maintain their loyalty..not how much they spend !If you need any parts for your wheels or carts...these are the people to go to !Thank very much !

Fast service, quality parts. New wheels we bought for the golf cart are great, what an upgrade to an older golf cart! Going to be looking good at the campground this summer! :)
