I made a few purchases with them and everything seemed fine, they were very responsive to my emails and questions... until I made the mistake of making pre-order. Apparently this is an invitation for them to take your money and give you nothing in return. For 6 months I've been emailing them, and I only received automated responses - they're now ignoring me. Stay away!

NMC Toys has not shipped a single one of my multiple orders in almost 2 years, and will not respond to customer service emails. $700+ in preorders out the window.

I have items on pre-order from as far back as 2020, I slogged through the same process of multiple emails (one response early on, offering no information of value, since then; no response at all), seeing items I pre-ordered being available at other stores, seeing the rising costs on the secondary market for items on my pre-order list.I have a substantial amount of money tied up with this store and I had trusted the owner to deliver. Now I'm left seeking other options to have my money returned to me.Save yourself the cost, hassle, and stress and buy your pre-orders from almost anyone else.

Owner is a scam artist. Will take your money for pre-orders, but after over a year of not delivering, and asking for a refund, he'll refuse, accuse you of trying to rob him and keep your money, and never deliver what you bought.

They don’t respond to emails. I preordered an item 2.5 friggen years ago and it has never shown up or even arrived in the store I’m trying to get them to give me a refund and they won’t even respond to emails. Very unprofessional and very disgraceful to collectors. Do not buy from this company

Don't buy from these guys. Preorder from +2yrs ago still hasn't shipped, no response to emails after multiple tries.

This is a scam, they will advertise a product you are after, take your money and you will never see the figure. They will wait for over a year so they can refuse to refund your credit card and offer you a worthless store credit" so you can once again pre order items that will NEVER ARRIVE."

They insist on full payment for pre-orders which can take months and of course my fear came into fruition. I never got an email from them but I went onto my account and one of my orders for $135 supposedly was sent. I never got it. I never got an email saying that I was being sent. I don’t have a tracking number. And I can’t get in touch with him. I emailed them multiple times and they never getting back in touch with me and they don’t answer the phone so I think I’ve been scammed!!! don’t bother.

Terrible company. They take your money and don’t ship your product. Wish I saw these reviews before I made my purchases

Terrible site. Do not buy from here!!! Will not respond to emails to have stuff I've paid for shipped or update on products that are clearly never coming. Absolute robbery
