Drop my vehicle off at 7:30am and received a call from the service dept at 2:30pm that they didn’t order the tires. I asked if everything else had been completed and they said No, nothing had been completed because they can’t find the tires. I’m not too sure what the running board issue / side mirror issue / oil change and tune up have to do with the tires???? Maybe they can explain.

I purchased a vehicle about 5 years ago. My only regret is that I wentto them instead of somewhere else. Ever since ownership was switched I've had nothing but trouble. The staff come to you like sleazy salespeople. Their service department needs a complete overhaul. Right down to the service desk. I'm so sorry that a good dealership went so bad.
