Purchased my car and they were all to happy to help me and my wife out. The second you roll off the lot they forget who you are and burn your file. We have had to interact with them on two different occasions for warranties when our car was brand new that took months to have sorted out. Now our windshield is cracked, no fault of anyone but our own, but to get the service department to call us back after numerous calls and messages is like pulling teeth. I have ready through your reviews and your one stars are all because of your service/ parts department. Someone needs some retraining, it doesn’t matter their position or how long they’ve been there. Take it from a customer who likes your product and continues to try to do business with you, do better.

I recently purchased a 2023 Atlas Execline, and I am so in love with it, it is by far is my favourite vehicle that I've ever owned. My experience with both Christian and Rob was amazing - I can't recommend them both enough! They made my first VW purchase so easy. They were great with regards to communication, and quick to respond to my many many many emails, and Christian followed up within the first couple of days to ensure I was happy. My only complaint would be that the sales manager tried to offer me less on pickup for my trade in than I was originally quoted, even though nothing had changed on my end. I probably would've preferred to deal with him directly, as I felt bad that Christian was caught in the middle. All in all, I am very happy with my purchase. I just purchased my first VW Tiguan with Mel, and want the dealership to know I purchased from here only because of her! As soon as we walked into the dealership, Mel was welcoming and easy to talk with. This was my first vehicle I test drove, and originally wanted to keep exploring options, however I instantly loved the vehicle and wanted to give my business to Mel.It’s refreshing dealing with a female who is so highly educated in her profession. Mel was able to answer every question, and made the process so much more enjoyable than any previous vehicle purchase. This dealership has a true asset on their team, thanks again Mel!

Mel helped me get a new (used) car, she was very friendly and answered any questions I had about the vehicle I was purchasing. I didnt actually buy a volkswagon but a used trade in they had. I appreciate that Mel followed up with me about the car even well after the sale was made. Showing up to the dealership I knew what I wanted and they made it very easy for me. Purchased a vehicle from Tom and he went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was detailed and presentable. All communication was clear and quick. I laughed and said this was the easiest transaction I’ve ever had. Highly recommend.

Best experience I’ve had at any dealership! Bought my 2015 GTI not too long ago from Tom. He was awesome and me being about 2 hours away Tom handled everything for me remotely and got the car ready for me for pick up. Flawless experience. 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting a VW especially from Tom Martin he was most helpful! And my golf is an absolute blast to drive!

I walked in the second day your new location opened. Tom Martin is the best auto sales person I have ever encountered. I had 5+ yrs of experience in retail industry and I would say he not only meets and exceeds industry standards he's also willing to go extra miles to establish excellent customer experiences to his customers. You are much better off purchasing/leasing and servicing a vehicle at Dalmar Motors rather than Leavens Volkswagen!!Bought a VW here long ago then decided to buy my next 3 VW's from Leavens, which was a big mistake. They are rude, unprofessional, overcharge on everything, wait times are ridiculous, prices are outrageous, and the worst part is they lost my summer tires in their storage facility one year. I eventually got them back and they were extremely worn down, had to replace them after only 65,000kms.The worst part was when my 2018 Beetle Dune had a bad PCV Valve and EVAP purge valve in which we were told by Leavens that they would both be replaced under warranty. The day of the service came and they never replaced it, and unfortunately my warranty expired shortly after so I ended up going to my trusted VW specialist mechanic to have it replaced.I wish I had never changed dealerships but my next Volkswagen will be definitely purchased here at Dalmar Motors. Also their new location is absolutely stunning!And here are my beloved VW's:)
