I reached out to Shane(The owner) as I know him personally and he put me in contact with Nathan(estimate and repairs) who then came out and took a peak at our Ac unit and was very quick to put a quote together. The price was reasonable. Corey the installer came with his apprentice within a timely fashion and before we knew it they where done. Corey was very helpful and looked at the age of our furnace as well and it's a 2005.... might be hearing from us again soon. Lol. The guys were great to work with and I would recommend d there services to anyone!!! Thank you to all!

My hot water tank when this weekend I called discount to come hook up the gas line to the new tank I installed and they were here bright and early Monday morning to take care of it. Montana and Tye were here on time quick and efficient, they explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. They even offered to haul away the old tank even tho I didn't purchase the new tank from them! Amazing as always! I will for ever recommend discount plumbing in Moose Jaw!

Had a plugged kitchen sink, which turned into quite the line replacement. First, the receptionist was awesome at getting us in the next morning. When Montana came in the morning, he was professional and very helpful. To say the job went as planned was an understement, but Montana stayed calm. He gave me the worst-case scenario but also came up with a quick plan that worked out to perfection. Clean up was great, and we could not ask for more. The office was great at handling questions after the fact for the clean-up and drywall replacement.Highly recommend for anyone looking for work to be done

I haven’t received a bill yet, but that’s secondary to living with no hot water. A part had to be ordered in from somewhere so they called and informed me of the timeframe and the cost for shipping. Curtis was very good! Explaining what further maintenance should be done etc. I would recommend this business.

We moved to Moose Jaw only three weeks ago. We needed to find a plumbing service that could relocate a basement washer and dryer to the main floor. This would amount to a full day of work. Discount Plumbing & Heating was chosen after receiving a recommendation and their estimate. I’m sure everyone has had a moment when deciding on a contractor for the first time where they might wonder….how well will this go…did we make the right choice.Montana and Tye arrived 8:00am sharp the day they were booked for the project. The Montana and Tye team were quite amazing to observe. They must have travelled up and down the stairs at least 40 times plus a trip with a dryer and then a washer. Totally professional, careful, top notch plumbing service, and the clean up was greatly appreciated. Without hesitation I would recommend this company.We also contracted Discount Plumbing and Heating for our furnace services.

Excellent customer service. The installers took the time to answer our questions and explained how our new furnace works. Job was completed with quality workmanship. Very impressed.

Shane personally came in on a stat holiday to fix a plumbing leak, highly recommend as this was second time using discount and both times they’ve been professional, fast, and clean.
