I had booked this company months in advance for my wedding. From the beginning the lady over the phone was very rude and intimidating. A week before the wedding, I decided to confirm that they were still delivering on the night we originally had planned. They would not answer any of my calls or emails, leaving me completely in the dark. Luckily, I scrambled and found another company on time. Very unprofessional customer service I'd say. They finally answered to my fiance a few days before the wedding to confirm the cancellation - and the lady over the phone had such a rude tone.

Booked months in advance for a wedding and when I followed up they skipped my booking and had no available spaces. They have put my wedding plans in turmoil, extremely unprofessional and do not recommend.

Booked for a wedding a couple of weeks in advance and they had the portable toilet in white and a hand wash station available. Both were clean and well maintained and they delivered and picked up on time. Very personable. Thanks.

Booked portable toilet for the weekend. Unit was clean and well maintained. Driver advised of best spot for placement for the event (which was better than where we'd originally planned).Unit was dropped off and picked up in timely fashion.Definitely recommend.

I rented a portable toilet for a week in Kingston while our sewer was torn up (just before Christmas!) and I found them very pleasant to deal with. The toilet was delivered immediately and picked up promptly; the delivery people were helpful; and the price was lower than the competition.
