I would recommend this company to anyone! They work with you to find the perfect fit of caregiver. Our current caregiver treats my mother as if she were her own family member. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The cost of care is reasonable; the peace of mind is priceless.

Have never been disappointed in any of their services. The drivers (Mark & Marie) have always got me to my destination on time and have always done their utmost to help me into my home. In fact, I developed a friendship with Mark, so that he actually went shopping for me, cooked us both a meal at my home, and we ate together. Excellent service & personnel.

I used the Ottawa service Dale and Sara wre fantastic to deal with and went above and beyond to accomodate and help over the last two months in helping my family. I cant say enough good things about the driving service Richard, Gilles and Antonye provided.

Life circumstances change quickly and without warning. My parents were able to live in their own home with my support for several years but when their health took a turn for the worse, it resulted in them needing more support than I was able to provide. I contacted Seniors for Seniors and they were able to send well matched companions right away. Since they started visiting my parents I am at ease and feel that my parents are well supported and safe. The companions are compassionate, kind and experienced with those with dementia. They openly communicate with me and are open to suggestions. Sara and Dale are responsive and well organized. I know that they are in control and have my parents’ best interests at heart.

The scheduling team was responsive and the companions are very compassionate. If you are looking for someone to spend some time with a senior in your life, the companions at Seniors for Seniors are great! They're closer in age and can hold actual conversations. My great aunt looks forward to her service every month!

Sent request to Zarana she never replied. Even after reaching out a second time. Not even Jenny who was copied on the email too.They rarely ever have drivers available. Atleast somebody from their office could reply and say something but nothing. Customer service is horrible here.

It was sad to see another review so similar to our own experience. On the day that arrangements had been made for a caregiver to look after our elderly relative, they called in the morning saying they decided not to come after all. They just bailed on their agreement leaving us with no one to care for our relative. So we had to cancel work arrangements and stay with our loved one. With that kind of irresponsible behaviour, we would never use their services for a vulnerable person and cannot recommend them based on our experience.

I am so grateful for Seniors for Seniors!! This amazing organization has been an absolute lifesaver for my aunt and me. My aunt is bedridden and suffers from slight cognitive dementia. She now has caretakers from SFS going in every day 6 hours a day. The service and organization has been absolutely wonderful!!! Moreover, they were the cheapest service (by far) that I could find, but their service is definitely of the highest quality!!! Thank you SFS!!! xxx

Not impressed with this company. Please support small businesses and hire elsewhere. I am a retired teacher and worked for this company briefly. The pay is minimum wage. I have worked for a family owned company (Senior Helpers) and discovered how much better they pay. Try nannyservices.ca to find a great caregiver too. You will save yourself a lot money too.

My brother's companion is perfect. Not all were, but once we settled on him we are absolutely satisfied. He arrives early, takes excellent care of my brother, and sends me text messages when there is anything of interest to report - good or bad.
