Squamish Splash

These guys have turned into a joke. Sad really as the local service use to be pretty good.Most recently we booked a water change / tub clean service. They repetitively no showed with no explanation at all. Only after calling the would they rebook the service. This happened 5 times. Five!!Upon writing to them asking for an explanation - no response at all. Unapologetic, unprofessional and I imagine soon all unemployed.There are other and better options in town. Use them and let our frustration save you from the same

Purchased a new hot tub last fall and have nothing but great things to say about the staff and service. Always responsive to emails and phone inquiries and Rob has been very welcoming every time Ive come by the Squamish location. I highly recommend them!!! 5 Star!!!

Rob at Splash was very helpful with the purchase of our tub, including recommending which tub would suit our family. Splash also have been helpful with information regarding the ongoing maintenance on the tub.

Always friendly and very helpful. I bring my water sample in and they help me to maintain my chemicals. Bought a new cover for my hot tub, they were very fast and installed it for me and disposed of the old one for us. I have enjoyed my experience with all the staff.

As other comments have stated, don’t expect these guys to ever come and actually work on your hot tub. After over two months of: “we’ll have it done this week” I’m finally giving up.Some advice: if you’re too busy, just tell me to go with someone else. Don’t string your customers along for months at a time. Terrible customer service and business practices. Go to the other guys.

I would like to give some constructive advice. If you are to busy or don't know how to fix my type of hot tub just tell me you can't do it. After 4 months of going back and forth with multiple unanswered emails and phone calls I finally gave up. I called another company and had it fixed so quickly. If I had just switched at the beginning I could have had a hot tub for Christmas.Good luck! Better response to emails and phone calls would be something to work on.

Awesome, friendly service. We get all our hot tub maintenance supplies, an umbrella and a new lid through these guys. Reasonable prices and good people

I purchased a new to me house that came with a newer swim spa that was originally purchased from Splash Squamish. I emptied and refilled the hot tub but had issues with the heating. I called up Splash to have a technician look at it but unfortunately they were a little to busy at the time, however they gave me a few pointers on what to look for. Even after the pointers I still struggled to get it heated so I went into the store and the welcoming staff walked me through a few other possibilities which ended up fixing the hot tub. The staff at Splash go above and beyond and easily deserve a 5 start rating. If you need a new hot tub or your current one serviced I 100% recommend this great customer oriented business.

The worst company I have dealt with.After a deposit, our credit card on file was charged without our knowing and they apologised for their mistake" after I walked into the store and confronted John. The follow up of installation

Save yourself a headache and waste of time! Terrible service! I spoke with 2 different sales associates, asked for info on tubs they carry so we can make a decision on what to purchase! Nobody returned my calls or emailed me the requested info. Even tried to have them install a tub we eventually bought from a different company, we were happy to pay for the service and try to keep some business as local as possible. They said we didn’t buy the tub from them so they won’t help us/don’t want our business!!! Do not waste your time with this shop
