To start off awful customer service. the one guy who works there i could barley hear and when I could he was rude but besides that I went there a week prior to get an overpriced screen repair then a week later the screen stopped working went back because there was a warranty but said because the whole screen was broken I had to pay another 100$ for what was most likely another faulty screen.

Worst customer service ever! I bought a case from them that I wasn't able to try until I got home. It interfered with the power button. I tried to return it 2 days later, but was told I needed to have the original debit card to process a refund. Today, I go in, and the 'manager' tells me they would have done a cash refund, essentially calling me a liar. No refund, no exchange. Never use these guys!!!Can I still come in for an exchange? I came in one day for the exchange you said I could get, but you pretty much ignored me.

I went in looking for a case for my samsung. There were lots of cases but literally nobody around. I hung out for 5 minutes and no employee ever showed up. Door was open, lights were on but no employee anywhere. Maybe it was free day? Anyway, got the case I needed and like 10 more. Hassle free. Can't beat the price. Will be back tomorrow with a bigger bag.

Super rude and unhelpful. The guy was on his phone the whole time and wouldn't do a return even though it was 3 days after I bought the case.

My husband and I have been a couple of times here, and the person there has always been very helpful. They have good accessories for cellphones and tables. I will definitely keep coming back whenever I need. Thanks a lot!
