Tim and Jordan moved us and we were so lucky to get them. What a team!!!They drove 3 hours each way and were so careful with all the furniture and fragile items. They did everything from start to finish, used covers and shrink wrap and left our home spotless. They even helped tighten up bolts on the furniture.Super friendly and professional.This is the second time we have worked with You Move Me and both times were amazing. Shoutout to Real in the office who was also an incredible help lining everything up with the quote and scheduling. He was great to work with and everything was as promised.Thank you so much!Highly recommend the team and will certainly be using You Move Me again.

Tim, Dereck and Crew were absolutely amazing. They contacted me ahead of time before my scheduled appointment to touch base. They were very friendly and handled our items with great care. A good and successful moving takes multiple factors: professional, calm, safe, know how to design the batch of moving based on items, communication. You Move Me meets most of my criteria. They notified me half an hour before they arrived. When I showed items for move, they designed the way which will move first and which last. The loading and unloading are smooth with mindfulness in their action. When I explained what items are fragile, they brought blankets on their way back after other loads. Floor runner in winter is crucial to protect your floor. They have equipped with enough runners. The end of moving experience is also satisfying. They finished the job less than 2 hours. Even they communicated me the minimum charge is 2 hours, they decided to charge me 1.5 hours instead of 2 hours. It showed their consideration. The only downside is their truck fee is about $50 higher than other moving companies. When the quality and safety are met, it’s worthy to pay a bit extra. Thanks to George and the team for a pleasant moving experience. A good business is through word of mouth. Hence, I recommend this company.

Fantastic movers! They were knowledgeable, friendly and they instill a great deal of confidence. They came on short notice and moved a large challenging piece of furniture from a basement apart to a house. In the rain! Punctual and fast. Highly recommended!

I will never recommend anyone to this shipping company.In April I booked for 2 men to move my furniture.When they came they were tired from another move they had earlier.I was going to pay but when they shoved all the boxes and furniture into my new home, they broke my $3,000.00 wall unit.Damaged my furniture by not covering it correctly. Also I paid for mattress cover when they didn’t cover anything. The box spring was dirty.I was In tears and I told them I wasn’t paying for anything until this gets sorted out. When I called Jimmy the owner I was crying, he told me I was rude to there movers, can you believe it , I was upset they broke my Wall unit( smashed glass everywhere.They never paid me for the wall unit, or the damages done to my furniture.I didn’t know that the owner went behind my back and charged my credit card$ 1,800.00I didn’t authorize for him to charge my card.I can’t believe how dishonest people can be. Jimmy the owner wouldn’t return my calls, because he knew he was wrong for charging my card behind my back.This was such a stressful move for me.He never paid me a penny towards my damages. As a matter of fact he said the glass must have slipped out on its own.I called my credit card company and told them this is exactly what happened.They did an investigation and reversed the charges. Thank goodnessI reported them to the Better Business B.

Second time we've used You Move Me and we were not disappointed! The team helped us move as smoothly as possible and came in as per the estimate we initially received. Moving is not fun but at least we didn't have to worry about the moving team - highly recommend You Move Me to anyone!

I made the mistake of hiring You Move Me Toronto to move 2 Restoration Hardware cabinets a total of 4.6km. After laughing that I'd hired such a large truck to move only 2 cabinets, the 3 movers packed the cabinets upright instead of flat in the truck. The cabinets toppled over during the short drive and the metal handle that releases the open/locking mechanism broke making the cabinet useless. I spoke to Josh, a manager, after the damage was discovered, and was assured that we'll have one of our guys go over to fix the damage today or tomorrow". I haven't heard from Josh since that call. We just had the best experience with You Move Me movers. Neil and Kyle were friendly, professional, and super efficient. They arrived before the scheduled time and got the job done earlier than expected. My husband and I had been feeling stressed with this upcoming move. These guys were very chilled and helped put our minds at ease. The headache of moving evaporated. I would recommend You Move Me in a heartbeat. Amazing guys! Amazing service! Amazing experience!

Had a great experience using this company. They where on time and very efficient with the move. The movers are very polite and professional. What impressed me the most was their team work and ability to work together whilst moving heavier objects. Great to deal with and will definitely use again when the time comes.
