Pretzels are good when fresh out of the oven and I love it. I requested and waited for the new batch only to have it switched with the heated stock. It wasnt that bad but I sure do appreciate honesty.

It's just not tasty. You can salt a piece of bread or pour topping on it and get the same thing. I don't understand how this franchise still exists

Horrible customer service. Wanted to provide business and the Aisan lady working used covid as a excuse. The business is open until 5pm I was there a whole hour before close , as they are part of the core and she denied making and preparing food for a customer, stating that her boss told her to turn away customers.

Pretty good pretzels. They're buy 5 get 1 free which is lit. Often come here to do pretzel runs for work and I usually get them pretty quickly. It gets very busy at lunch so I would avoid going then. They seem to still be working out their rhythm and people can be left waiting for a single pretzel for a while.

I love Mr Pretzels .But,the Asian lady that work there is so scary.Horrible customer service.This place shouldn't be call Mr pretzels but Mr sausage?!Every time I went there she only make the sausage one.No pretzels to sell.The self is empty all the time.

Delicious pretzels! Our whole family loves them. Today the employee who served me was so kind and offered my dog fresh water due to the hot weather. It was such a nice gesture, thank you!

Love this place just wish they had more options like icing sugar or freeze dried blueberry or banana ground up and use as a topping other than that great staff and good on price 3.75 for a pretzel and 5.05 for the bites

I have a mr pretzel card with a free pretzle that they cannot take because I got it from market mall because they conveniently Never have any stamp cards available, yet advertise them. Buy 5 get one free. They are rude and still after months have no stamp cards.

I had just went there at lunch as I was looking for something new to eat. I have eaten Mr. Pretzel before but I kind of forgot about it. I was the only customer and the lady working there was very rude. I gave my order but as I was talking, she walked away to put the pretzel into the oven. I wasn't finished telling her my order and she was showing attitude as if she hates her job. She didn't greet me and no smile at all. She looked miserable. So I told her to cancel my order.. and I walked away. I couldn't take her horrible customer service. I was thinking why I should give her my business? Very appalled. Went to Tims instead.
