Exceptional Customer Service!Pat and Nancy (the owners) as well as staff have always been very welcoming and willing to answer any questions we have had. Not only did they fit me with the proper shoes to help with my feet and knees, which i have never had a shoe so comfortable but they assisted us in ensuring a hot tub was the right decision for our health needs.The way they carry themself, you can see how passionate they are about providing the upmost service to their customers. To them it's not just about making a sale, it's about ensuring that you are making the right purchase for your needs.

Pat is your man! Been a customer since opening and service level only get's better. You need a quality hot tub or grill this is the competitive spot. Bike and ski tune ups are bang on also. Small town business mentality with great selection. 5 Star for sure.

Went to Rockland Sports to get hot tub products, super knowledgeable staff, got a water test report with full explanation of the steps to get my water in crystal clear condition, and they never tried to upsale anything. Totally recommend this place.

We just purchased a beachcomber hot tub today and we are so excited!! The service was amazing and our meeting with Pat has been fantastic. He was very friendly, honest and took the time to explain all the ins and outs of all the different tubs. He helped us make the right decision for our needs and our family. First time at this location was a visit to get my wheels straightened. Employee Inspected the wheel and adjusted on the spot for a more than fair fee. Second visit at this location was getting a noise from bottom bracket. Employee helping me said “one second I’ll be back with tools.“ employee came outside made some quick adjustments and I was on my way. Outstanding service on all levels!

My 10 year old Trek needed some work so I decided to bring it in to Rockland Sports. I was greeted by Jean Francois who walked me through exactly what they could do in terms of getting it back on the road. I just now picked it up and it rides like a brand new bike! Luc (the bike mechanic) explained to me everything he had done, and I could hear the experience and knowledge in him. I am above and beyond impressed with the service. I highly recommend to anyone who is needing a tune-up or repairs or even a new bike, to check these guys out. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thank you Jean Francois, Luc and Rockland Sports!! I'm back on the trails!
