Honestly such a good experience. I dropped a coffee mug on my iPhone 13, completely smashing the screen to the point where it was just a green colour. I brought it in, gave them my info and they fixed it in under 2 hours for a rate that was lower than other places. Very helpful staff, and good quality repair to the phone, it works great now.

I have always come to Mobile Klinik to have my phones repaired or even to buy new phones and the staff there have always been more than accommodating. Jordan recently helped me get back into my phone after being locked out and he was so patient with me and did everything possible to make sure that I was back in and didn't lose any data. I was so thrilled and very appreciative of the time he took to help me. I will always come back to Mobile Klinic at the Oshawa Centre for all my phone needs. Been going here for years and never disappointed. Always take fantastic care of my devices and are very friendly and understanding. They’ve done screen repairs, screen protectors, cleaning and more for me and always have the best prices. They do all they can to let you know how you can save money and will chat to you about how to take care of your devices. I came in with a clogged charging point and Jordan cleaned it out free of charge. Lovely staff and will continue to go in when I have a problem.

This place is hands down the best place for any cell phone issues and I have had other places in the mall lie, try to scam more money and b.s, regards to what’s really wrong with the device.This place has always been upfront, honest and so open about all the options. They won’t lead you wrong and the employees are always friendly, genuine and honest! The quality of their work is fantastic and I leave with a peace of mind that the device has been fixed right!

Amazingly helpful and very accommodating.My husbands phone took a tumble and would not charge.I was asked to give them 20 minutes and come back, I went and did my shopping and when I came back my phone wasn't.only fixed but charged!Because it took only a few minutes, they didn't even charge me.I will return whenever needed and will recommend to EVERYONE!Thank you so much Mobile Klinik you went above and beyond.

Jordan is a real asset to this store at the Oshawa Centre. I had purchased a phone last year and still under warranty with Mobile Klinik, unfortunately the phone had developed an issue and couldn't be fixed. Jordan was able to offer me an free exchange for another iPhone. We discussed an upgrade to a newer model instead and with the help of Jordan and a call to the manager I got an excellent deal on the upgrade. Jordan did the data transfer while I waited too. This location is my go to place for phones and great customer service. Thanks guys.
