I just purchased a Shop Rider on Thursday! I love it!Service had always been an issue with me!Your service is absolutely impeccable!Your sales Rep( the little Lady with the Long Blonde hair was so friendly and so informative!thegentle man rhat loaded it for us was so friendly and so very helpful!I would definitely recommend Eco Medical to everyone I meet!We stopped by Motion to see what they had! They definitely need to take a lesson from you!Th may have just as well kept the door locked!They were not helpful or even friendly!Word of mouth is a powerful tool!THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Adam came to look at our chair lift that was given to us second hand. He was supposed to come to just to figure out what was making it stuck so we could figure out repairs at a later date. He arrived eagerly and early. He took his time, was very respectful, and took a great deal of care. He not only diagnosed the problem, but fixed it, and made some additional adjustments to make it run even smoother. Gave us his card for any other questions or things needed in the future. We are grateful.
