Employees did a great job making the boxes fit our needs. Prices were fair. Wish I could have paid for just the bubble wrap we used instead of the whole roll ($20); this may be store policy, and I understand it's not a service usually provided but some flexibility would have made this 5 star. Mitchell is a little rough around the edges but was helpful in providing what we needed. Would return again.

I dealt with Lester by way of Belen. I can't say I've ever seen service these friendly or this efficient. Custom sized box same-day service in Toronto is unheard of; I am definitely pleased with the service, the price and quality of the service.

I was launching my products in retail and wanted case boxes. I stumbled across this company in trying to find stock boxes that would fit, but alas I couldnt. Then they mentioned that they custom made. I have been with them over 1 year now and the customer service is A1!!!! Prompt, friendly, effecient. Every opportunity I get, I recommend them.

Waited 10 days for a quote (followed up twice with no response) and then was told my order was too small to deal with. Their website clearly says no job is too small and that they can even do just one box, but that is clearly not true. Bad service, misleading website.
