FIX AUTO SUDBURY
Excellent service! Very reasonable price and very good work. I was very impressed with the job they've done, and they did it so fast, staff very friendly. My car was pretty damaged and I did not expect at all to get it done faster than a month and they did it within 2 weeks! They are amazing, I'm very impressed! Thank you very much guys!

FIX AUTO SUDBURY
I hit a deer which was $12g in damage. I told my insurance and Fix Auto of all the damages done and they still missed a very visible damage. I had to bring my car back in to be fixed. A few months later battery acid is leaking and is cracked. The solenoid was also damaged and not fixed. I was told that my file was closed.I later realized that there was much more than $12g worth of damage but they didn’t want my car written off and they wanted to make money off of me.I will never return and I would not recommend.I have heard great things about the Chemmy location. Which is where I should have brought my car in the first place.

This place should have zero rating. Worse customer service I have ever seen by a business period. Owner's word mean nothing nor does their quote they don't honor. This place sucks. Find somewhere else who stands by there word !Your an Absolute joke,

Was very surprised how i was treated apon arriving here. Rick was amazing at getting me set for a quote. Even brought the owner out to look it over afterwards. Was very shocked at that and the level of amazing service. Highly recommend these guys.

I got into a car accident on my way to Manitoba. I left my car at this body shop and I took a rental for the rest of the trip. Kristen Bégin was amazing in communicating my car's progress and any updates with the insurance company. I was very frustrated with my insurance coverage but she was very understanding and waited for my final confirmation to begin repairs. From experience, I know most body shops are not as patient and understanding. Very much recommend! Professional and no funny business!

Staff was very friendly and service was prompt. Quality of service was lacking however. Had a tonneau cover installed on my truck. When I got home I saw that I couldn't get the tailgate fully closed. Upon further examination I saw that the installation was done incorrectly. I ended up removing it entirely and reinstalled it myself, properly. Not a hard job, just time consuming. That's why I paid them $50 to install it; so I wouldn't have to. Looks good now though.

I had a great experience with FIX AUTO Sudbury during some body work that had to be done following a fender bender. They were one of the cheaper options in the area with a good reputation. The location provided excellent service and even washed my floor mats, vacuumed inside my car, and washed the outside of my car for no additional fee. I'm not sure if this was a COVID-19 safety requirement but, nonetheless, it was a nice surprise upon picking up my vehicle once the job was complete.

Will definitely not be returning here. Had work done about a month ago on my vehicle. The colour is slightly off and they broke a clip on one of the sides of thr bumper. They tried telling me it was like that when we brought it in but it wasnt. Trying to blame the customer and get me to buy a new piece to fix it when its their fault.They also gave me an estimate when i first brought my vehicle in, It didnt take as long as they said it would but still charged me the full labour.Not impressed at all. Do not reccomend

At first the service was good. Then it took over a month for my car to get done. My car is a white vehicle and they decided to put a black bumper on it. That was just the start. My vehicle then had more problems due to the accident that they missed. I brought the vehicle back and they kept it for a week until I called and they informed me they could not do anything about it. Therefore I paid for the repairs at another shop and contacted my insurance company. The insurance company attempted to deal with Fix Auto and again no luck and very frustrating. Will never bring my vehicle back there or recommend to anyone else.

These Guys at Fix auto sudbury (along maley Drive)are good,when I dropped the car,I had no way of getting home except Taxi but they voluntarily avail one of them to drop me off at my house and could have picked me up from my house when the job was done to the shop to pick my car as well but I already sorted that out.on the job it self,they did a job on my car tail gate which has started getting rusty,by the time they were done,its like new,not only that,they went ahead and clean the car inside out which was not even part of the deal. What can I say, than to thank you Guys for a good job done,God bless you.
