Thank you so much to Chris for helping me in my condo buying process! Chris always answered my calls and coached me through the process as a first time home buyer. I was even told that my mortgage rate was one of the lowest that my lawyer had ever seen! I recommend Chris to anyone who is searching for a mortgage. Can’t thank Chris enough for helping me with my latest home purchase! It had been a while since I’d been through the process and he was really helpful at answering all of my questions, making himself available over the phone and by zoom. I really appreciated how well he explained each part of the process and clearly outlined next steps. My fiancé and I are first time home buyers and and needed all the help we could get throughout the process. In such a high demanding market Chris lead us through the process of EVERYTHING from obtaining a pre-approval, guiding to purchase price, and navigating us through all the collecting of documents, and securing the deal. He would always work quickly and around the clock to meet deadlines. He was amazing at communicating what we needed to complete and ensured nothing was missing. I will be recommending Chris to any first time house buyer and anyone with mortgage needs!!!
