Mr. Lube + Tires

Adham was my technician, very polite and efficient, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Usually I have to say ‘no’ quite a few times when they keep asking me to do more service than I wanted, but Adham respected my request for just the oil change, and it was an extremely pleasant experience. Thanks Adham!

I recently got my oil changed at Mr. Lube and Nick was a great help! He informed me that i needed a new cabin air filter and showed me what it looked like. I’ve never changed it with the 3 years I’ve owned the vehicle and it was absolutely nasty!! He also recommended me to do the fuel system cleaning service which helped me save a bunch on gas! Great customer service and super transparent about everything :). He even got me a free coffee! 10/10 will be coming back for another service!

Felt bad showing up 30min before closing but was welcomed in with no hesitation, was even offered a coffee:) Jackson was very kind and knowledgeable. Price was fair for oil change/flush. Will definitely be back. Thanks Mr.Lube!

Had an oil change done at this mr lube. Got home oil all over the car a big mess outside and inside engine bay. Called and spoke with Manager only offered for me to drive in and he could personally whip it off. No real effort to make things right. Should have at least offered a discount on next oil change for a repeat customer. Won’t ever bring our vehicles or friends vehicles back there.

I got my oil change done and Erik was my tech. He was really helpful. My air filter needed to be changed so he showed me the old one. After seeing how dirty it was I decided to have Erik change it out. I have been to this location before and I always have a great experience. Also want to add for being super busy since it’s the long weekend I got in quick and the services done in a timely fashion. Thanks guys!

Where do I start, this was one of the best customer service experiences i’ve ever had. The techs that helped me out today were Aidan, Sam and Ty. All of them were excellent and attentive the entire time. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, and even offered me a water during my stay. Since this was my first time here, they walked me through everything, and made sure I was aware of what was happening. Overall the service was quick and efficient. I want to thank Aidan, Sam and Ty for going above and beyond. I will definitely be back.

Went there with a flat tire and was told the fix would cost $60. After waiting 1 hour to get into the shop, a boy came over, looked at the tire and said he couldn’t fix it, due to the type of puncture and the position where it was located. Almost sounded convincing, until he told me I would need to buy 4 new tires because my vehicle is an AWD. I declined and drove to Good Tire on 52 st. Paid $42 and got it fixed. It’s been a couple days and haven’t lost any pressure.Beware when coming to this place for tire service. My experience was awful.

Erik was really helpful, explained everything, answered questions and even showed me how to replace my windshield wipers. Friendly and professional. Wait time was long to get in, but service is good!

I had a negative experience. I changed the oil on Thursday, and on Friday morning, there was a small oil puddle in my driveway. I went to work and made sure to park in a dry spot to see if it would still be leaking, and by the end of the day, there was another small puddle. I went back to the shop, and they inspected my car, stating that there was nothing wrong. They said that if there was an oil leak, it must have been from another area they didn't work on. Coincidentally, the leak stopped afterwards. I found it very unprofessional that they didn't take responsibility even though they fixed the issue. It was a waste of time and incredibly stressful. I had to travel during that time and was constantly worried. It was a terrible experience.

came in because my car sounded like it was going to blow up and and was immediately greeted by nick. turns out i needed an oil change! silly me. he was very sweet and super sexy, clearly knew what he was talking about. he even gave me a juice box from his lunch while i was waiting!! phenomenal service, i will definitely be returning to get more work done from him in the future
