Very professional team. Jaz is 7 stars professional. Fixed my Toyota Sienna, cleaned my car from inside and outside. Polished the whole body. Replaced the rear bumper and sprayed typical same metalic color, polished the plastic cover of the head lights, they make it just like brand new. Jaz arranged a courtesy car and helped me to return it back. I received my car in excellent shape. Really, I appreciated all your help.

They were great with my icbc claim. Did a great job and fixed some trim damage that was unrelated for free. Nice new courtesy cars.

A previous shop said they lost" my ICBC claim and basically ghosted me for a month so I made an appointment with Fix Auto on their website. Fix Auto literally called me to confirm within 2 minutes.Customer service was amazing and they helped me get the claim back.Helped me book a courtesy rental car as well. My car was fixed within a week and they took care of the rental as well.10/10 would recommend

I got a body repair done on a vehicle at Fix Auto Port Moody, and overall they did a great job both on the car and service.As it was an older vehicle, they had to order the parts from out of town. They communicated on the status of parts and gave me a generous window in which to make appointment to bring the vehicle in. As they didn't have a courtesy car to provide me at the time, they instead connected me to a rental car service nearby and even drove me there to pick it up and dropped it off after the repair.If I made inquires, Fix Auto responded promptly and always left messages if I couldn't be reached. Lastly, not to mention a great job done on the car itself, the car's upholstery and even head lights were cleaned and polished. When the vehicle displayed a malfunction shortly after, they took ownership of their work and handled it promptly and professionally. Fix Auto went above and beyond what is expected when it comes to the experience of fixing auto and I was left impressed and believe I made a right choice.
