My mother and I came into La Canadienne while we were in Montreal as we do not have a store in our province. The customer service that we received from Sonia was outstanding and we left with a lovely pair of boots and a gorgeous pair of heels. Thank you, Sonia!

The sole of a pair of boots that my GF bought here was peeling off after she wore them 15 times at the office (35$/ time... not very good value). Went to the store on sherbrooke to see if they would repair/replace the boots... all we got was a telephone number of a repair person with some nice excuses about the boots being fragile because it's the italian line (isn't it made in Canada??). Needless to say that for 500$ you're better off shopping elsewhere.

I am very disturbed by the service at your store on Sherbrooke. Both times, yesterday and a few months ago, One seems to be judged by our attire and I dress in a classical way. Before, a warm welcome was given. Furthermore, the array of shoes and accessories were plentiful in the past.

These are the most uncomfortable boots I have ever bought. They claim it’s leather but it’s not. There is absolutely no give or stretch in the leather. I put them in boot stretchers for 3 weeks straight and no difference. They do not flex when I walk. Too bad as I spent over $400 expecting a good quality boot. Very disappointed.
