We stopped her thinking we could grab a quick lunch on the way to our appointment. My mom used to go here all the time and said it was super good. I think we waited over 15 minutes for 2 hamburgers. There was only 1 car behind us. We ended up late for our appointment and I wouldn't say our food was particularly warm. It was good and the burgers were decently sized tho.

The food is not good here, it's overpriced junk that is just bought from wholesalers. The burgers are super thin and flavorless. The fries are decent but very expensive. The milkshakes are the only thing here that are genuinely good, however the 15-30 minute wait and constant line of cars plus nowhere nice to sit and eat really ruins the experience.

What a gem...with the exception of customer service, this place was really cool! However, the general vibe of the team members was off putting.Lots of milkshake flavours, made with fresh soft serve and the option to add malt. Love this! I would recommend visiting Tino’s but don’t expect the warmest welcome.We wanted to leave a tip and waited patiently in line at the cash for $10 minutes, however nobody would make eye contact or acknowledge us so we could do so.

Tino's special. As you can tell it a big burger, it has all the fixings. And it was good. The flavor was there and the groceries. The patty was weak for the special burger..sure you can double or triple it up, yes. But a solo Pattie should get the job done. So the ham slice bails the burger out.

We wait every year for Tino's to open in the spring! Great food, great atmosphere, love eating outside and in the car. Tino's has been part of my life as long as I can remember.

Ordered a milk shake and couldn't believe the selection of flavors to choose from. I would highly recommend going if you are having a sweet tooth craving.The fries and gravy weren't my favorite, but they still hit the spot.

I've been hearing all good stuffs about Tino's after few months since I moved here in Medicine Hat. And finally for the first time I've tried their foods and milkshakes! Oh my ggggggg!!! Sooo goood!!! Plus the cashier or staff who helped me was approachable and smiling at me while taking my orders so they deserved a good tips.I only gave 4 because of the waiting time. But understandable because I heard that this place is always busy.

I remember the burgers they were fantastic however yesterday I finally got to go and the burger was paper thin we had a loaded burger but it had nothing on it really. How ever I will say there milkshakes are fantastic had my cherry almond and it was yum yum. Recommend the milkshakes not the burgers
