Fresh and having a different option available for vegetarians is a great bonus for food trucks! The food was great but the sugar cane lemonade was wayyyy too sour for me. My first sip and my jaws was not handling it well but the overall quality is great! Their breaded cheese sticks was awesome but would be even better with more plantine vs the cheese

My partner and I tried this at Street Eats and it blew our pants off. The most unique and the most delicious food we had in a while. Highly recommend it!! We had sugarcane lemonade, holy cow canoe, and one of their sandwiches" (dont remember the name

Did takeout from the food truck and brought it home and wow oh wow was it as delicous as the photos! It is pricy for a sandwich however there are quality ingredients within each one and fresh vegetables! One thing I would recommend is we waited about 30 minutes after having the food and it happened to get a bit soggy! I’d recommend eating it immediately to get that oerfect crunchiness of the patacon and be sure the get there green and white sauces on the side and lots!! Extremely delcious to add on top! Prices are fair with many food trucks! Will be back for sure!

Had the Moho beach sandwich and it was probably the worst thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. The fish tasted like tuna from world war 1 rations and not even expired plantain chips from sketchy convenience stores are as dry as the bun. Please don’t subject yourself to this. I wouldn’t wish it in my worst enemy. I paid 23 dollars to get food poisoning and PTSD.

The coconut fish plantain boat was so delicious! The sweetness of the plantain with the coconut infused fish, topped with the mild salsa all worked together to bring an exciting new flavour to my plate. Enjoyed every last bite and wished I ordered two.

This was one of the best sandwiches I have had this year!!! The flavor was amazing. I have the one beef tenderloin and chorizo. I also recommend asking for a side of their hot sauce. Can't wait to come back soon

What an interesting idea!!! A sandwich where the bun is actually a fried mashed plantain. I didn't know what to expect when I took a bite into this crispy plantain sandwich. The shredded flank steak was super tender & soft and the pico pico sauce had just the right mixkture of creaminess and spiciness to it. It paired well with the cheese & salsa. That being said, be sure to have extra napkins around because this could get really messy. Just the sandwich was super filling, and there was no need for a side dish. However, I would have liked this meal to be a combo that included a drink.

If you’re looking to eat a box of salt and eat bricks then this is spot to go! Food was beyond salty and the plantain was hard like brick! Waste of money!
